When I just asked about free trial lesson I let them to register me. I was shocked that without any lesson at all I was charged for monthly subscription, without my permission and possibility of refund. I asked multiple time about cancellation of my subscription. I hope it is just inconvenience, but I don’t want to pay for something what I never wanted to purchase.

I have been in this place a number of times. More often than not they have severe problems with their POS (point of sale) system. I don’t know if this is a software or user problem. On my most recent visit I was second in line and waited 45 minutes to check out while she made calls to figure out how to return a flute case. There was a line of 6 customers behind me. 2 became frustrated and left. I will not return to this place again.This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve witnessed this type of issue. They clearly lack enough employees to back up when there are POS issues.

I have been charged for lessons my son did not receive and after the calling the store 3 times and customer service once I have still not received a refund and Missy the store manager hung up in my face. Horrible customer service when the store was in the wrong.

Wow! I stopped by to try out some trumpets, but the guy behind the counter was so rude, I just walked out without trying out any horns. I've been here several times before and had good experiences, but I certainly won't be coming here anymore.

These guys are great. I never feel like I'm being talked down to because I'm a complete neophyte when it comes to music. My daughter plays and always needs things from here. I do make sure to bring the most detailed descriptions of equipment whenever I'm getting something, and they seem appreciative of that.

Better instrument selection than most music and arts stores, but the piano sheet music section was a bit lacking. This location is really hitting it off with the lessons though, it sounded 'lively' (a good thing). Sad to see a vocal teacher with a student singing with masks on though zzzz

I hate to give a small business a 1 star review, but this place deserves it. I brought my son's instrument in for repair and got one excuse after another for why it was taking so long. Eventually I no longer got excuses just "it's not ready yet"... 4 months later it's finally finished, and they have replaced a couple screws/bolts with little red zip ties. Maybe they couldn't get the screws for this Chinese made saxophone, but they explained nothing to me upon receiving the instrument or the many times I called for a status update.

Really tired of the poor attitude here. It takes the fun out of it. Staff is just outright mean to people. Cookies are good, but it's not worth the effort anymore. When they're not being mean to customers, they're bickering amongst themselves. Bad vibes.
