Employees are very nice and helpful, they even hold the door for you. I’m unused to this level of service so it always throws me off. They have a nice selection of products that aren’t in the big pet stores.

We went in today for our first time with our puppy after his vet appointment. Everyone in the store was amazing. They took the time to show us food and treats and gave the puppy all the love. When we left, they held the door opened for us. The small things mean the most! We'll definitely be back!
