Bought a new 2021 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring. A 20 some months later the transmission failed at 22,000 miles and was replaced with a rebuilt. Covered by warranty but took 2 months to get car repaired and delivered. Seven months later the second transmission is failing, humming and bumping. Told unsafe to drive and part may be available January 2024. We haven't seen the car in months as it sits outside on their lot useless and depreciating. Told doesn't qualify as Tennessee Lemon Law because all of this didn't happen in the first year of ownership. We definitely feel dissatisfied and disappointed.

I never would’ve thought walking in the door I’d have such an amazing car shopping experience. I highly recommend Nelson Mazda Cool Springs and Chase Timmons. We have purchased >10 cars throughout the years and my husband and I agree that this has been the best experience yet. I wanted to buy here for the good price but I will buy again in the future for the trustworthy experience and excellent customer experience. The car is exactly as promised and the team was great to work with from start to finish. Chase Timmons was available to answer any and all questions and guide me through the process. Clayton and Miss Angie put their well appreciated special touches on the process as well. Nelson Mazda is doing it right. They have a great, no pressure, team which made a stressful process a breeze! I highly recommend them...and the Mazda Cx-30!

They can be fairly overt about their religious beliefs. They even play Christian music over loud speakers. And the last time I was at the parts department the employee there gave me his testimony about coming to Jesus. If that sort of overtness bothers you, this may not be the place for you. That being said, if you can look past this, this is one of the best dealerships in town. Excellent service, very kind, hard working, and amazing quality. Can't beat Nelson in my opinion.

I have been to this showroom as well as service center many time. Even after satisfying with there service, I asked my friend to get car from them and he bought Mazda CX5 from them.

Edemir was more than accommodating in our broad search for a new vehicle for my wife. After showing us most of the lot and several vehicle types, we drove out with a new Mazda3. Recommend this dealer for their transparency and ease to work with.

These guys have fought us tooth and nail to not offer a warranty we pay over a hundred dollars a month for. Don't trust these guys with any additional warranties because they will do everything they can to not honor them. They've lied to us, argued with us, claimed they never offered those warranties. We literally had to bring out the contract to get them to honor it.My family has bought from them since the 90s. We're done now

In March 2023 I posted this review on google: John the service manager is fantastic. I had a lot of issues coming in especially due to past services at a separate dealership. He is honest and caring and absolutely goes above and beyond to take care of his clients. My father and I cannot express our gratitude enough for his professionalism and knowledge. Update: I traded my car in for a brand new cx-5. To say this experience has been nothing but amazing. This dealership did not cause the problems I had at Murfreesboro, yet their GM, Service Manager, Finance Team, and Sales Managers were able to rectify everything. They turned my distrust for the company into a lasting trusting relationship. I personally will not shop for another car anywhere else. Every single employee here should be praised for their professionalism, class, and their ability to have open communication about the purchase and leasing process. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a Mazda.

Zero integrity. Zero communication. I was told on a Friday that a vehicle I was interested (used) would be ready that Friday evening. Upon text corresponding with someone in sales on multiple occasions I was assured the vehicle would be (lookin real nice) for me. Friday evening…. No word from dealership. I replied to previous messages asking for a follow up and info on when a good time to pickup vehicle was… no reply. I call the dealership line to ask only to find out they sold it under my nose with no communication whatsoever. Wasted my time and efforts with no ability to resolve the issue. I purchased my last vehicle from them 7 years ago..but it seems staff and procedures are not what they used to be. Don’t waste your time.

Don’t expect much help. Have a sun roof seal on 2021 Mazda CX-9. Under the 36k warranty. First , talk to 4 people on the phone trying to figure out if the seal is covered under the warranty. Literally no one wanted to put any effort in. Just kept sending me to the next department. Took it into dealer for inspection. Hour later all the mechanic came up with is it’s a clogged drain and for nearly $200 they could clear it out ( btw any person can do the job in 5 min). On top of that, it was know before that it wasn’t a clogged drain as you can see the water coming through the roof seal. The roof drains are perfectly clear. Regardless of trying to explain that. Now the car just past 36k because we have a life and can’t park the car. Roof still leaks , not in manufacturer warranty. Typical dealership , no one puts in effort unless you are paying them.

I recently bought a CX-50 (which I love!) and the customer service I received was exceptional! At least six people were buying cars that day yet my salesperson Paulina P. spent dedicated time with me and answered all my questions in a knowledgeable manner. I was there after hours completing my purchase and I never felt rushed by Paulina or Mazda staff. Overall, a great car buying experience and I highly recommend Paulina as well as Nelson Mazda! 5/5 stars!

I bought a new Mazda Cx50. I am very pleased with the purchase. Hawk is very friendly and very knowledgeable Sale Associate. His friendliness and smiling face made a comfort level to work the deal and purchase the vehicle. He was able to answer all questions and explain with detail. He did not pressurize to buy any extra packages. The one package he did recommend I bought. It paid within a week when I had flat tire it was replace with a brand new tire.I will recommend Nelson Mazda for friends and family. Also, Give a 5 star for customer service provided by Mr. Hawk.

Traded in our equinox for a minivan for our growing family. Dealt with Mr. Ed through the whole process and felt really taken care of by him. He made the whole process clear, quick, and overall very smooth transaction. My car was due for a full service and I finally scheduled one online, which was an easy and clear process. When showing up, I was greeted quickly and kindly, and shown to the waiting room. I got text and email alerts on the progress of the inspection and repairs. It was done very quickly and efficiently. All off the staff were so kind and helpful. Special thanks to Noah and Tyler.
