Beautiful Decor and Furnishings! Need Easter Treasures this is the place! Blown out real colored eggs! Lovely artificial flowers and greenery that looks real. Great smelling Soaps, Books, Hand Towels. Very nice place to shop and visit. The Furniture is made in America too!

The "no return policy" is rigid and short-sighted. I made a purchase that was very minimally discounted to persuade me to buy it - my error - but when I got the item home it was more defective than I realized. I attempted to return it for a store credit. Nope. No return policy. I too have a no return policy. They lost a customer.

This is the best furniture store. Not only do they have quality furniture and decor, it’s actually in stock. Three days after my purchase, it was delivered to my house. You just can’t find that anywhere else.

I love the unique decor at the Nest. We recently moved, and the furniture that I bought at the Nest several years ago held up perfectly. I have gone back to get some new things for our new home as well. The pieces are well-made and so sturdy. I especially love the wide selection of artificial flowers and greenery. One of my favorite stores!

Love the pieces we purchased from Nest Decor! Great shop with unique pieces. The customer service was amazing! They delivered a chaise couch with the wrong handed chaise accidentally. The operations supervisor called me immediately and tracked down the correct piece with the vendor and had it delivered within a few days. He followed up every single day until it was taken care of. Best customer service I’ve received from a furniture store. Highly recommend!

The products are good and the staff is super friendly. My biggest issue was the “upper management” or trainer that was in. She was horrible to the staff. Very condescending and kept telling them she does not care if they have opinions. I find it hard to shop here with this lack of consideration for employees. I have told many shoppers who come here about this experience. Change leadership and this is a 5 star!

Have been shopping at the store for several years. I love their inventory and their quality of products is wonderful. However upon walking in the Franklin store earlier this week, it was extremely discouraging to have been approached by a sales person and instead of asking me if there was something they could help me with they asked me where I live. Talk about pretentious. Does it matter where someone lives? It seems to me everyone’s money spends the same. Disappointing.

If I could give a zero score I would. I bought a dinning room table and chairs and spent quite a bit of money here. A month later I noticed the table had stains that would not come out, it's been over a year and they have still done nothing... horrible place

It’s heartbreaking to realize that a trusted small business owner has no regard for customer satisfaction, refuses to communicate by ignoring calls, texts and emails, and has an attitude disinterested in even hearing your concerns. Within two months of purchasing a sofa with a one year warranty, the fabric began piling. My daughter spoke with the Franklin store, sent pictures to Marianne, the owner, and was after serval months told fabric was not warranted, the problem had never occurred prior with any other customer, it had to be the usage within her home, and to purchase a fabric shaver. For 26 years of owning upholstery pieces in her home, this was the one and only piece to EVER have such poor quality in usage.This month marks the expiration of the 12 month warranty. The Nest now has a No Return policy on everything purchased from them; large or small. It’s extremely sad to have a local owner with a beautiful store totally disregard, with disdain, her customers concerns with such rudeness.

After purchasing a sofa in March, with a One Year Warranty, the fabric began piling within two months. I went to The Nest, Franklin and spoke with the sales representative who advised I send pictures of my concerns to Marianne, the owner. I did as she said, and after a long waiting period was informed the fabric was Not covered in the warranty and since NO other customer reported the same issue from the bolt my sofa was covered with, it had to be the result of my family's wear and tear; claiming animals, clothing worn, or throws used by the family were causing the problem. It was suggested a fabric shaver be purchased and used to remove the piling. Not a manufacturers defect, a usage problem! In 26 years of owning countless fabric upholstery pieces, many we still own, this is the Only Piece we have ever owned thats pilled or shown such poor quality upholstery wear and, within TWO months? Frustrated beyond words at being told it was our use of the sofa, we again placed many calls, texts and emails to Marianne requesting to bring in a cushion for her to personally see our concern. She has Never acknowledged further attempts to contact her. And, continues to dismiss attempts to reach out to her. Our warranty expires in March, and what was promoted as "Performance Fabric" .......extremely unsatisfactory. The Nest has lovely decor pieces and is a shopping stop I have always shared with friends and family who visit the area. I cannot, in all good conscience, recommend the purchasing of furniture. With their No Return policy, Beware before making any purchase you are not completely satisfied with before paying at the counter. There is Zero concern for their clients.

They have beautiful things and their staff is very friendly. My low review is because of their return policy...all sales are final with them. I have been looking for some lamps & specific pieces of furniture and have been in multiple stores around the area including some very high end stores. ALL of them allowed you to try things out in your home for various periods of time and return them if you weren't satisfied. One store even told me that designers buy multiple options of an item so they can see it in a space before making a decision. Unfortunately I won't be back to Nest when there are so many other options available with much better customer service.

The table that we purchased for nearly $1000 a few months has not held up. Nest Decor has not returned our phone calls, messages, etc. So disappointing & frustrating.

Poor customer service. the woman i encountered yesterday referred me to the gas station restroom after i had purchased a marble table and driven 4 1/2 hours to pick it up. its that lack of customer service and treatment of consumers that compel people to make online purchases rather than dealing with individuals that forget that competition is right up the street with employees that will treat you with consideration rather than disregard. i was looking forward to buying more pieces but after that experience, I'll keep my money and spend it elsewhere.

Don’t be fooled by low prices! The quality of service from the store manager is appalling. Rude is an understatement. She should be fired for lack of customer service. I ordered a runner for my new house weeks ago, was assured it would be available in 7-10 days. One month later, she acts as though I’m an inconvenience to ask about WHERE my rug is? Do not buy here. NO REFUND! NO STORE CREDIT! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!
