This is the best dealership of all dealerships that I’ve ever been to. They are on the spot with service and have the cleanest place there. They are the best.

I had another great service visit for my 2018 Rogue. This time it with Alex East. He provided multiple updates throughout the morning until my car repair was completed. He was very courteous, polite, and he got me in and out fairly quickly.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Nissan service center in Cool Springs, all thanks to Emerson and his team. From start to finish, their service exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only did they complete the repairs ahead of schedule, but their communication and coordination were top-notch. They seamlessly handled my claim with Nissan North America, making the entire process effortless. I can't express how grateful I am for their exceptional service. This service center truly sets the gold standard for automotive service!

If you have been to the Nashville location (terrible), then you need to know how AMAZING the cool springs location is. I drive 30 extra minutes to come to this location for the friendly customer service alone. Someone checks on you routinely, they allow appointment slots for specific services, it is just overall pleasant!

Professional and reliable Nissan dealer service center at Franklin region. This time again I feel greatly satisfied with several requested services including front breaks. Honestly accommodating maintenance works, fast job done and reasonable prices with above level mechanics.

These people will lie to you, call you 20x a day, and try to scam you. They harassed me for a week about this car and then when I was ready to make a deal, they spent hours trying to play games instead of just going through with the transaction. If they put a piece of paper in front of you to sign, don't take their word about what it says. Read every page. They think they can trick people and I honestly do wonder if it's because myself and all of my family who were involved are women. I didn't end up buying the car because honestly it seemed like they didn't want to sell it to me!

I wish I could give these guys negative stars! I've never felt so disrespected as a customer from a dealership. Questionable sales tactics. Move onto another dealership unless you enjoyed being treated poorly

We had our Nissan Rogue in to replace the CVT transmission under the extended CVT warranty. It took about two weeks longer than the service manager said it would. The new transmission slipped worse than the original, so they installed another after a test drive with the service manager. This finally seemed to fix the issue. The service manager said we needed a brake job, so we agreed to this service too. When driving the car home we noticed a clicking noise, but couldn't bring the vehicle back in for a couple of weeks due to travel commitments. When we did bring it in, the service manager said that a strut needed replacing and would cost about $1500. We contended that this occurred during one of the transmission replacements and should be covered by the dealer. They refused so I took the vehicle to a local repair shop. The local repair shop had the vehicle for one hour and called to ask if we recently had brake work. We acknowledged that we did and the shop said that the problem was not the strut and was a brake cover was not reinstalled correctly. Avoid this dealer's service department!

Only tough thing is their cost for service but it’s expected from a dealership’s service dept. Great work and customer service

I had such a fantastic experience getting my car serviced here. I first called for a price comparison on a break replacement and was shocked to find they were actually cheaper in price than our local mechanic for certain services I needed. They quoted me the correct time it took to do the whole service and also set me up with a great rental (free of charge) due to a recalled part they needed a few extra hours to complete. I appreciated the text providing the website clearly listing the mechanic's recommended service options that also noted how critical or needed the services were. The sales manager Mark was incredibly friendly and accommodating and JR, my service representative, was very helpful. Every staff person that helped us was great from when I drove up to when I paid the cashier and left. Highly recommend.

I decided I wanted a new truck. I wasn't sure what kind I wanted, so I went to all the local dealerships and test drove my options. 2 of my top 3 were the Titian and the Frontier. I worked with Cameron on the sales team and he was GREAT! Knowledge helpful, but not pushy. I explained I wasn't ready to purchase because I would never buy a vehicle without at least having my husband look at it. Cam was understanding, provided me with all the needed information to share with hubs, and said just call or text him anytime and we can make an appt for my husband to test them. The following day we returned and decided on the Frontier as the lead choice but still wanted to discuss it that evening. Again, sales staff answered our questions but was not overly pushy. Cam met with his boss and gathered all the paperwork to show us the final cost and emailed it to me the following day. In the mean time, I had found one very similar at another Nissan dealership I shared with them. It wasn't exactly the same but close and was $2000 under MSRP. Cam and his team reviewed the trucks details and shared with me what I would be missing if I chose not to go with the one they had, but said they would go higher up and see if they could do something on the price of theirs. Shortly after I got a message stating they couldn't match the price of the less equipped truck but could match the $2000 off MSRP. Ultimately we did choose to go with Cool Springs and everything went so smoothly. Even post sale, I have received multiple follow up texts and calls making sure all is well. Would definitely work with Cam again, he's young but well polished, friendly, and knowledgeable!

I can provide some advice buyers might find useful. Insist insist insist on a written quote detailing all costs- car price, taxes, docs, etc of the car you are considering and a final price. Stop relying on any verbal statements. Do not continue the buying process until you get your detailed quote. Check the calculation and verify of all the figures, the math addition and particularly the tax calculation (% of car value) before responding to their quote. Independently verify (or know as fact) your percent of car sales/registration taxes based on your residence location and do not rely on their calculation. Check it. Perhaps they calculate 8%+ taxes on the quote when reality is 7%. Do not allow the basis of the price negotiation to then shift from car price to "out the door" price. Instead verify, discuss and agree on every figure in the quote- incl car price. If you negotiate on "out the door" and one of the figures in the quote is overstated (surprise!), such as taxes, they correct the overstatement in the biz office but then add the overstated amount to the car price. If you agreed on "out the door", you end up paying more for the car than they said. Never ever make a deposit. This advice applies if paying cash or financing. The business practices I see are begging for Nissan to step in and review.

Brought my brand new truck in for service that included two recalls and a short list of items that were defects. The service manager was rude and short cutting me off mid sentence and acting like he was doing me a favor. This guy needs to go back to training in customer service.
