I was immediately greeted by Patrick Holt with a warm welcome. He already had the Cadillac xtx 5 ready and warmed up from the winter. After we left I noticed the sun roof doesn’t retract. We called him and he took care of the issue and I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. He was a great communicator throughout the whole process. Highly recommend him

Found the 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that I was looking for on-line. Test drove it and bought it in 2 evenings. Salesperson Francisco was knowledgeable, accommodating. proactive for the financing and I felt virtually no pressure. Sales manager was easy to deal with also with no pressure. I asked for a deal, made the deal and shook hands. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I wanted to share my experience with this dealership. This was my 3rd Nissan purchase from this dealership. I had moved an 1 1/2 hours away and still went to Nissan of cool’s springs to buy a car. The owner of this dealership Jason Stacy has really stepped it up since the 1st time I purchased a vehicle from here. I walked in spoke to an amazing sales person named Patrick Holt. I told Patrick what I was looking for and within an hour I had numbers laying in front of me. So if you want an amazing easy experience go see Patrick Holt you won’t be sorry. He is the best and I truly hope that Nissan of cool springs appreciates him. The general sales manager is very nice as well. I can’t say enough about my experience with this dealership. Everyone I came in contact with has been nice. Thank you Patrick for making the purchase of my 2024 Nissan rock creek pathfinder so smooth and easy.

Even after the sale, Patrick, the sales associate, has continued to give top notch customer service and has kept in contact to make sure I am satisfied with the purchase and answer any additional question that I might have. We had a fantastic experience picking up our brand new Rogue from Nissan on Cool Springs. We worked with Zeke and couldn't be happier with how the entire process went - it was smooth, easy to communicate with, and we appreciated the zero-pressure environment. Buying a car at Nissan of Cool Springs was a wonderful experience! No pressure and no hype. Our sales guy, Cameron, was professional, very informative, and genuinely excited as he explained to us the features and technologies of the Rogue SL. We came to realize that this is the car we've wanted for many years -- even before it was designed and rolled off the assembly line. It was perfect timing. We're so glad we bought it!

Raj is a great sales guy and Eric the GM is awesome! I am brand new to the area and was looking for a larger vehicle. I saw a few I liked online, sent an email and the next day got all of my questions answered friendly & honestly. The customer service was very good and I felt like they really appreciated my business and for me that’s the most important feeling a dealership can convey. I’d send my friends and family here.

Ryan was extremely helpful with getting my brakes and rotors replaced. He was communicative throughout the process, patient in explaining what my options were, and honest with what was urgent versus non-essential. I appreciated his attentiveness and genuine concern to make sure my vehicle and I were safe. Being new to the area, I am relieved to know I will be well taken care of here.

Had a TPMS notification on one of my tires for days which even after putting air in it, it continued to go down. Scheduling service online was easy. Scheduled to have the tire looked at plus my 10k maintenance completed. Drop off was easy and they shuttled me to the office. Received status updates via text and my car was ready a little over 2 hours later. Which was no issue as I was in no hurry.

I would’ve been happy to give the dealership a higher rating but the finance guy I had to work with when I took my check in was arrogant, inpatient, and just down right nasty. Please avoid Chris Wojnar when dealing with finance. The dealership, to their credit, called and apologized, but be forewarned about Chris Wojnar. He doesn’t have time to deal with customers! He’s busy visiting with coworkers. The treatment was poor and highly unacceptable. I’m a life long Nissan loyal customer, but this isn’t how you do business with a customer that’s basically coming in with a blank check. Thanks Nissan for reaching out. Next time I buy maybe I’ll have a 5 star experience in finance. Please be clear that my salesman was great and the initial finance guy, who was off when I went in to take my check, was great! This was not about training the new guy, because he touted about how much experience he has. He just deliberately provided poor service!

Friendly service in every area of buying a car. Worked hard to get me in and out as fast as can be expected. Lots of cars to choose from. Sales is friendly and knowledgeable but not overbearing at all. Once purchased they have a specialist to make sure you understand all the features of your car.

It time to share my experience with Nissan of Cool Springs. Their is a cool factor associated with buying a Nissan from this dealership. First of all, ALL OF THE SALES ASSOCIATES I SAW WITH MY OWN EYES. Are some of the most knowledgeable & professionals sales people I have ever seen.I dealt with two different salesman over three months & they both were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles they sold me. Let me be clear, nothing in life is free. We all pay one another to obtain goods & services in life. I can tell you with a straight face that I personally know their prices are fair relative to similar dealerships.I was extremely impressed with Raj & Casey in how they made my transitions seem effortlessly easy with their knowledge of the vehicles they sold me. I won’t name names specifically but the entire finance team is fantastic in assisting their costumers in getting the vehicle of their dreams, desire & needs.Nissan is a wonderful brand no doubt. When you have a superior team that works well together to market & sale that brand. It amplifies that brand into another realm that separates the good from the superior.Like I said earlier, Nissan has a cool factor that symbolizes modern elegance that’s smooth & very sleek. I see all the other brands nearby & they alright. Let’s just be honest, how many other brands have that cool factor I know Nissan possesses?Look, this is Franklin & their is no better place to buy a Nissan than in Cool Springs. Treat yourself to something nice & go get your ride & live your life driving what you love.

Ryan, my service advisor could not have been better! So helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle ...arranged for a car for me to use while parts were located and kept me up to date as to when the parts were shipped and let me know as soon as all was complete! Great experience! 5 stars all the way!!!
