Great selection, great staff. Not stuffy at all. The guys working the humidor are experienced and kind. They help newbies as well as seasoned smokers. Lounge area is nice and always clean. Filtration system works great too.

What a cigar smoking room should be. Good cigar selection in the humidor room, not over the top expensive. You can tell how fresh (if it's the right word), how well restocked the cigars are. Reasonable beverage selection, it's not a cocktail lounge. Just overall a solid experience.

Amazing atmosphere and extremely knowledgable and friendly staff. I always enjoy time spent at Franklin Cigar and they are extremely helpful with all seasoning questions.

The cigars and atmosphere is amazing. Guys serving you are pretty dang rude but still a good place. One of them told me he couldn’t help me because he was “off the clock”

Really nice and friendly people! And their pipe tobacco selection is great. I strongly recommend the Pecan Pie - its pretty amazing.

This is a fantastic cigar lounge. They have a great selection of well-priced cigars and a good selection of beers and non- alcoholic beverages to pair with it. The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable and their recommendations have been on point every time. I highly recommend them

i've been to Franklin cigar many times over the past two years and I've heard other customers complain about their customer service. It's something I've always talked away in the back of my mind but have always had limited experience with their customer service team. Today I walked in, brought my own cigar, ask them to pour me a beer when I was told that I need to pay to five dollars to bring my own cigar and when I rejected that payment and said no thanks they said you owe us for the beer that was just poured I told them they could keep the gift card I received and walked out. Safe to say I will never be returning to Franklin Cigar.

I have been going to F.C. when Eddie owned it . All of the old customers know Eddie . This is a very friendly cigar lounge . The cigars are of various price ranges to accommodate ones prices point . Hugh , many of you know passed away. Hugh will be missed by all .

Love this place, very friendly and service oriented. The staff here really take good care of the place and make me feel welcome every time. Great selection of cigars and tobaccos. Great atmosphere - literally good air filtering. Special note, bathrooms are always immaculate.

My wife and I went to this cigar lounge and had a blast. The gentlemen working are very knowledgeable and attentive to each customer. The regulars are very nice and welcomed us right into the fold. If you're every in Franklin TN, stop in, buy some sticks and pick one of there wonderful beers on tap and enjoy!!!!
