I have to be honest, I was “forced” to go to the Painted Tree by my wife and daughter but it was better than expected. There is a large variety of items in the unique booths that fill the store. Some are way nicer than others but it was an overall pleasant shopping experience. My only criticism is that the tea room was closed when we were there so I wasn’t able to get a coffee and sit while they shopped.

The store and the products are fine but a 2 day return policy is unacceptable.

Would not accept return item that was purchased as a Christmas gift. Store policy states must be returned within 48 hours.Store as closed early Christmas Eve and Christmas. Was purchased day before Christmas Eve. Just another example of poor customer service.
