Like Etsy in real life. I always find the perfect gifts here, and always find at least one thing I have to have.

The store and the products are fine but a 2 day return policy is unacceptable.

Would not accept return item that was purchased as a Christmas gift. Store policy states must be returned within 48 hours.Store as closed early Christmas Eve and Christmas. Was purchased day before Christmas Eve. Just another example of poor customer service.

Great spot to find something to gift to someone. There are a lot of different booths selling everything from clothing to jewelry and some even sell pieces of furniture. If I could change one thing I would ask for more vendors that sell products that are made locally. While there is a great selection of boutique products, the majority are not made in Tennessee. I have been to similar places in the past that have a higher percentage of booths with locally made products. In the future, they could add a whole row of locally made only just to make it easier to shop that way. Staff is very helpful!

One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I have bought the large majority of my Christmas gifts here this year but unfortunately I was not aware of their ridiculous return policy. I am a new mom with a newborn and it is challenging to get out of the house to return and when I went back 7 days later to return the managers didn’t even want to talk with me and when they finally came they were rude and condescending and they clearly don’t care about the customer whatsoever. If you have such an absurd return policy (48 hours) it needs to be told to the customer upon purchase. I am disappointed that I even spent a large sum of money here here in the first place because they have horrible customer service. I left shocked and in tears from the way the manager spoke to me and handled the situation. I definitely won’t be shopping here again and will make sure all my family and friends know to.

Huge store of mostly holiday craft items , but checkout inefficiency makes even getting in and if the stores a pain .

This is a cute local place that anyone should come and visit! Local artisans come here and set up their own booth to present their items ranging from clothes, cook wear, paintings, toys, you name it! I will admit, some of the things are pricy depending on what booth you are in, but what you spend goes to that local artist who dedicates time to make these things so I don't think it's so bad. If it's Christmas time, this is the perfect place for some shopping!

Okay if my wife was scoring this she would score it a 5 plus. Since I am her husband and I show up there are a lot of creative things in this place. If you want to get some brownie points with your wife or girlfriend you can hang out there and be somewhat entertained. I wish this place had more stores for men. If they did I would give this place a five. There are only four or five out of 100 that cater to things that men would purchase. Little more variety, less of the same thing would be helpful. Otherwise interesting concept. Be prepared if you go with your spouse you'll be there a long time. There is a bar across the parking lot called Franklin chop House. They have cold beer while you're better half shops. Lol

I hadn't been in the Painted Tree for about a year and a half. Back then I was thrilled by the number of unique handcrafted items it had to offer. I was shocked and disappointed today to find that this place has been transformed into a mess of trendy mass-produced retail items! There were a fewt-shirts and signs that were pretty trashy. I don't know what caused this disastrous transformation, but I won't be back there to find out.

Absolute worst place for a small business to do their business… they don’t care if you make sales, cause as long as you pay your rent, they stay in business… we pay almost $300 per month and are locked into a 12 month agreement. We have a camera in our booth with motion sensitivity set to max, we have seen hardly any customers in the last few months… if you are a business and are considering jumping to sell here, don’t. The moment you do, you’ll want to jump ship and you’ll be bound by your 12 month agreement…

We stopped in today from Knoxville. It was so bright and clean, and the staff was nice as well. We left empty handed but we will definitely be back!

One gal was nice. The other basically said 25 minutes prior to closing that she wasn't going to allow me to eat at a table as they are closing. I wanted to confirm I understood that and she basically scoffed at me and I genuinely don't think I've been so clearly dismissed and told to leave in years.

I love this place. It's very quaint and has all these different shopping areas like a flea market. And I also like the cute street signs. I loved the mini waterfall as well. And customer service was good.Overall it is a very nice place to shop.

Purchased a bag here for $45. When I returned home I noticed it had been broken and glued back together. When I returned four days later and asked to exchange it, I was told that I could not exchange it because the exact item for the exact price was not available. They would not allow me to pay the difference for a different item from the same booth that was not broken. If you keep a booth here, please do not restock broken items! I had two children with me and just did not notice that it was broken.
