I visited store for the first time on 4/1/2025. I was looking for dog enrichment puzzles. There were two young women at cash register area. One was sitting on the floor with the contents of her entire lunch box displayed in front of her. The other was standing there talking with her. Both ignored me although I was the only one in the store.
I almost left, but after searching same isle several times, I spied what I needed.
I took it up to register where they still ignored me. However, a male UPS driver came in and they both greeted him and engaged in friendly chatter telling him they had no boxes for him with plenty of giggles.
The one clerk took my purchase finally, and rang it up, still without a word or even looking at me.
She did say thank you as she handed me my bag.
I never leave reviews. But I continued to dwell upon my experience for days, which is very unlike me, hence the review. Will not go back.

Always love to come visit their bunnies and cats while I shop. I wasn't satisfied with my purchase today, and they exchanged it.

Here fishy fishy fishy!! It seems this store is under new management. I’ve avoided this store for quite a few months and randomly went back recently to check out the aquatic section. I was shocked to see tanks were being cleaned and with minimal fish. I spoke to a nice manager who explained that they were looking into getting more desired fish. He wrote down my list and promised to call me in a week. He sure did! My tank is finally finished and the selection of fish they have is so much better than before.

Horrible, I got my first budgie here and the condition of it was terrible, it looked like they hadn’t changed the food or water in decades. There was bird poopIn the water, the cage clearly wasn’t cleaned weekly and I feel sorry for any pets living there, please go here just to free the pets and take good care of them

We were sold a bunny that we were told is 10 weeks old. We were promised it was spayed/neutered. The only reason we bought from store was because we were promised it was fixed and we told them this. Well it’s isn’t and it isn’t possible to spay/ neuter a bunny before 4 months but preferable to wait until 6 months! We learned this after purchasing of course. Highly do not recommend as we were lied to our face! Very disappointing and disheartening to have an experience like this.

The care for animals is horrible especially fish! What is going on with this location?! GO TO THE BELLEVUE LOCATION! They are amazing! I will shop nowhere else except Bellevue PetSupermarket!

They were rude to me and my dog. They are the worst pet store I ever have been. My local Pet Supermarket are great with me and my dogs and understand their needs. This Pet Supermarket is rude.

Undernourished baby cat sold. Instead of wet food they tried feeding it dry food (they said the cat had not eaten since they got it in the store, of course it hasn’t because the cat has not been fed right) and that’s not what you do. Cat looked like it was found on the street, absolutely shocking.

Came in to look at fish, but left immediately to see how they were living :( The betas were in such small tanks that were dirty, and most looked unwell and not happy. The other fish tanks were also dirty..
