We cannot recommend Peter enough!! He was very patient with my husband and I as we decided what we wanted when it came to a house, the location, and the deal breakers for each! He never once made us feel like we were a bother when we had a million questions, he gave us a tons of insight on the houses we toured, and in the end, he found the perfect house for us! 12/10 would use Peter for our realty needs again ✌️

We worked with Peter to purchase our first home and we couldn't be happier. Peter is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and made the whole process feel effortless. He guided us through each step since it was our first purchase and we had tons of questions- he answered all with a smile on his face and made sure we understood every little detail. He has excellent negotiation skills and was able to secure a great deal for us. He went above and beyond even after the purchase to help us setup several things. We can't thank him enough. Words cannot describe how great Peter Easling is as a realtor. There cannot be another realtor who cares about client satisfaction as much as Peter. So much so, that he has used his own time to put up new blinds for us, find us a new door, get workers to install fans, lights, smoke alarms, yard work and much, much more.
