People are A+ and the service at this location and whenever we call in is amazing. I have *never* gotten a voicemail — every call is answered by a human working in either TN or NC.We moved to Pinnacle after 20+ years of banking with Suntrust (which was acquired then destroyed by Truist a couple of years ago). We should have moved long ago.Now we've got checking, savings, and retirement accounts through Pinnacle, and they originated our re-fi a couple of years ago at a great rate.Life's complicated and irritating enough to put up with a lousy bank. Switch over to Pinnacle now

The bank its self is good but the mobile app and there online banking is complete garbage. They need to update it make it better they are stuck in the stone age

Friendliness is much appreciated, but it does not equal good customer service. Processing is always slow, whether there's 1 or 20 people in line. After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-through (inside was equally busy), I had to listen as the teller gave very thorough directions to the nearest Wal-Mart to the car in front of me. *Pinnacle bought my old bank, AVENUE, and they have never figured out what made the service there so extraordinary. Guess I got really spoiled. Also, we had several issues early on with our account information being inaccurate, and we ultimately gave up on communication. They offer mobile deposit, otherwise we couldn't use them anymore.

Best banking experience I have had in a long time. The manager Paula Sanders and her team are amazing. I would recommend this bank for anybody looking for great customer service, especially businesses looking for a great banking experience.
