The clothing /is/ beautiful, but the sizing (S/M/L only) leaves a lot to be desired. I had trouble fitting into most of what they offered. I fit comfortably in “straight sizes” elsewhere. If you’re larger, curvy, or athletic/muscular, you will not have luck here. Super bummed. Had hoped to see more imagination from this cute boutique.

Love this little local shop! Perfect for locals and out-of-towners. Posh has such a good selection of unique boutique apparel at all price points. I love their jewelry selection too. It's a great place for retail therapy or to pick up a gift for a friend or family member. The owner always makes everyone feel so welcome, and the staff is super down-to-earth. They go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy and they're not too pushy. I love Posh Franklin!

Walked in today. Needed some clothes for an unexpected weekend. No greeting no smile.Staff eyeballed my GF from head to toe. Wouldn’t give us the time of day. Won’t be spending my money here.

Never been here before and definitely never coming back! I received a few gifts from here for Christmas gift from my work. Today I came to just exchange a sweater that didn't fit and was planning to shop (I.e. SPEND MORE MONEY than what the sweater cost) and the girl working said "we have a 14 day policy so sorry." Are you kidding me?! 14 days from a Christmas gift that you wouldn't allow me to spend the $85 the sweater was worth plus more to have a great experience and become a loyal customer? I shop at certain boutiques because of the customer service, then the quality of merchandise. This place seems to have cute but expensive clothes, definitely never going to have me as a customer here. Horrible policy's and "customer service!"

I love this store. I think it is under new ownership, and you can really tell. The layout is very customer-friendly. Yes, it can be pricey, but if you want super cheap clothes, go to Forever 21. I think there are a lot of really varied price ranges here, and they run a lot of sales. If I want to know current trends and find classy clothing that is well-made and meant to last, I go to Posh. And as a bonus, they have an excellent, very affordable line of jewelry. If nothing else, I always treat myself to a cute pair of earrings or necklace while in here. Posh is my go-to store!

When I am downtown Clarksville Posh is a must for me. I love the trendy clothes and the sales girls are always most helpful. When I need a new size or am having a hard time styling an outfit the staff always goes above and beyond. I love the back room as you can find great deals on some of the newest trendy styles. Love, Love, Love Posh. They are a must shop in my book.

Yesterday, I went back in here. I found that the sales girl couldn't be bothered to tear away from the convo she was having with her sorority sister to greet me. Much less help the woman in the fitting room trying on tops. Another woman's children were running a muck all over the store and hiding in the racks. I had no idea this place was a part time day care as well. Where I knocked stars off is the sale room still contained the same crap from 2 weeks ago and the sale denim rack's didn't go down any further. I noticed they got in new inventory but nothing I loved. Disappointing the second time around. I doubt I'll be back for a third.

I can't believe I've lived here almost three years and have never stopped in here until today. First thing is, this is a pricey little boutique. I did appreciate the huge sale room in the back, but disappointed that I couldn't squeeze my hiney into the last pair of J Brand pants that were on sale for $20! What, what?! I did however find a beautiful silk dress for $40, and a $140 sweater dress marked down to $20. It looked stretched out from being on a hanger so long, but seriously I can deal with the little alterations here and there if it means I can dress to impress for so cheap. I am a fashion diva and a bargain queen, which often doesn't work out when it comes to clothes shopping but this place definitely gets two thumbs up. I now know where to go to find a great high fashion deal. Just don't tell my husband... heehee...
