March 13th, 2025. Around 2 pm, ladies restroom with sewage water flooding the floor (several stalls!). Stench all the way to the parkinglot, when I went to the customer service desk, a man just said "there's someone on it already"
Really?! It didn't occur to them to lock the bathroom down and prevent anyone else from walking into a public health threat?! Disgusting and unbelievable...talk about a
first world country

My favorite Publix location! Their deli is especially awesome and the bakery staff couldn’t be nicer.

From the bakery to the produce department to the pharmacy to the meat department to the deli, Publix consistently offers quality products and exceptional service focused on serving your family. If there is an issue with something, Publix will handle it to your satisfaction. Consider me a bit biased as I grew up in Florida and visited Publix as a child.

Liz from the bakery just made my Thanksgiving holiday! She was cheerful, engaging and took on a last-minute order with genuine joy. I’m so thankful for this experience.

The staff and everyone there are always pretty nice and pretty friendly. But I am really tired of going to Publix and seeing buy one get one free promotions for them to them to price gouge it and doubled the price on the original product but give you the price at like a $.50 discount. Here is the photo of Walmart at Four dollars and some change and my receipt today for the exact same product at $8.49 and then giving me a promotional discount to buy one get one free. So I paid the same price on the product and bought two. This is not right no it should be right.

I had a horrible experience at the Publix Deli located in Franklin, TN, Fieldstone Parkway. I was chased down in the parking lot and accused of stealing. I ordered a meal at the deli- 3 roasted chicken tenders, turnip greens, and green beans. I had to take my boxed meal over to the self-checkout to pay for it. After that I ate it in the small dining area. The food was extremely bland, and was not even warm. The chicken tenders were dry and hard. After finishing my difficult to chew meat, I threw my food container and trash in the trash can instead of leaving it on the table. I then walked out to my car with my wife and a cook from the deli, the cook still wearing her hair net, came running out to me in the parking lot and asked me if I paid for my food. She then asked my wife if I had a receipt for the food I ate, as if I couldn’t answer. It was very embarrassing in front of others in the parking lot. We were not dressed poorly like people you might imagine who would be stealing. I showed her my receipt and got no apology. I asked her if she asked everyone in the parking lot who ate in their Deli if they paid for their food. She said yes, they ask everyone, . which is no doubt a lie. I paid about $11 for a horrible meal, cleaned up after myself unlike most people in such places, and then got accused of stealing it. Perhaps there are those who steal in food at this place, but what happened to me yesterday was wrong. There must be a better way to deal with their theft than chase and accuse innocent people. Perhaps putting a cash register at the deli so they can see that people have paid, instead of having customers have to do their own work of checking themselves out at a location not in the deli.
