Taylor was so helpful with our move today! We had 7 pods being delivered and she made it all possible so movers could access them on sight. Metro storage is really clean and easy to work with. So much better than anyone else in the area.

Taylor is probably the best service person I’ve encountered all year. She is always willing to help and she does it with a smile. Give her a raise and make her the manager. If she isn’t already haha.

Taylor at Metro Storage has made the experience incredible. We looked at a few facilities, some much more affordable, but Taylor’s kindness and willingness to help were the only reason we decided to lease here. Customer care is EVERYTHING these days and extremely rare. Thank you Taylor. We never leave reviews but the experience with Taylor and Metro stands out from the rest that we had to leave this post. We highly recommend!!!!!

Excellent service - Very Clean facility - The store manager is always friendly and helpful every time I come in, and always offers water to me and my staging/moving crew. They go above and beyond to be helpful !

This Self Storage has been one of the best rentals I have ever done, the people were so nice it was very clean and they were very very knowledgeable I really appreciate the wonderful treatment that my husband and myself have gotten since we've been in Franklin since 2021 thank you guys you are awesome, Sandra !!!
