I hate doing these but as a former employee Regions customer service has gone downhill. Michael was great, very personable, called me by name, stood while he interacted with me. Michael was waiting on someone else when I walked in. I stood for a few minutes (no problem) A lady came out from behind a door. She looked at me, made a step towards a teller window, and then turned around. With the door open, she continued to have a conversation with several other co-workers during my entirety of my wait, and my transaction with Michael. Michael even looked over a couple times, as if he was waiting on someone to acknowledge there were people in the branch. Either way, this is not the way we were taught to treat customers.

This is twice this has happened. I called the bank to ask what the lobby hours are. They say they close at 4:30. I get there at 4:01. The door is locked sign says close 4 PM. Even your website says 430 I can take my money elsewhere.

I'm impressed by the excellent quality of service I received yesterday by India, Shelby and her coworker at Carothers Pkwy. Franklin, TN. Location. I literally prepared myself mentally the day before since my previous experiences at Nolensville Pike and Concord Rd. location had been awful.I was out of words on how helpful they were that I even had to express it to India.Thank you so much for your help!

Regions has always provided amazing services to me. I've never waited in the lobby long at all, even when its during a busy hour. Although the entire staff is friendly, I sadly I dont remember all their names, but Kyle and Dustin have been great in helping me this last few weeks.

My mother banked here for years. Even after that they talked her in to investing in an annuity, they never knew her from Adam. When my dad died, she and I went in to have Daddy's name removed from their shared account and my name on the account with Mother's . We weren't offered any choices, so we thought it was a joint account. When Mother's money ran out, I kept adding monry to the account. When she died, I paid for her funeral and outstanding bills. I continued to put money in the account and eventually made a large purchase from the account. When I went in to add my husband's name to the account, I found out that, without permission from my mother, the bank official had decided that she would not include me on a joint account years earlier. Instead, she added my name as a signee only. Now I had no rights to my money. In fact, they refused to give me a record of past transactions, because the account was now closed. I had to go to the courthouse and pay $160.00 to get my money out of Regions Bank. If you bank there, you need to have a lot more knowledge of banking practices than I had, so that you can protect your money from Regions.

Clint Goodin is a liar!! My partner and I accepted an offer on our home a month ago. We sold it in one day for $3000 more than asking price. The buyers used Clint as their loan officer. He repeatedly told our agent that the loan process was going smoothly and that we would be closing on the date agreed upon. We moved all of our belongings into storage and moved into a room in my brother's condo. We planned on staying here for 3 to 4 weeks until we could close on the house that we were buying. Our agent was told by Clint that the closing would be moved back a few days due to the ice storm, but that everything was fine. On the day that we were supposed to close, our agent was told that Clint didn't have the documents needed to close. We were told that he wouldn't have them the following week either. We had no choice but to put the house back on the market and start over from square one. We will not get nearly as much for our house since it has been sitting on the market for an entire month. We have spent almost $3000 in repairs/improvements on our house that the buyers wanted in the contract, along with earnest money and inspection fees on the house that we were going to buy. We will not be able to buy this house now. I hope that Clint realizes how many people that he has affected by his incompetence. We should have been told LONG before our closing date if the buyers weren't getting the proper documents needed for closing. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

Kyle Wilson got my question answered and greeted me with a huge smile on his face. My question has been answered and he then gave me his business card and told me to reach out to him with any other questions. That's how its done, Regions! Give that branch a raise and have them train the Mallory Lane branch!

If you are considering opening a new account, moving bank accounts, needing a business merchant account, or anything else involving banking, consider Regions...and specifically, this branch. These guys are as customer-oriented as they come, and in an area where banks are a dime a dozen, Regions really stands out. They have served me and my business for years and me personally for two decades, dating back to before AmSouth was acquired by Regions. Next time you're thinking if you'd be better off switching to another bank, consider these guys.
