Rolling Hills Hospital in Franklin, Tennessee, provides comprehensive mental health services for teens, adults, and seniors. Its inpatient programs include Adolescent Treatment and Adult Psychiatric programs, while outpatient options feature Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs. The hospital also offers Physician Clinical Services such as diagnostic exams, group psychotherapy, and medication management. Patients often praise the staff for being friendly, caring, and supportive, emphasizing the helpful and professional nature of the team. Many appreciate the informative curriculum that helps them understand their mental health conditions and develop healthy coping skills. The group settings are valued for providing a sense of community and shared understanding, which many find comforting during their recovery. However, some reviews mention concerns about cleanliness, noting that the facility can be dirty and not well-maintained at times. Additionally, there was a privacy issue where a patient’s paperwork was mixed with another’s, raising concerns about HIPAA compliance. Despite these issues, many patients feel treated with kindness, dignity, and respect, especially within the therapy programs where staff demonstrate knowledge and empathy. Overall, Rolling Hills Hospital is seen as a supportive place for mental health recovery, offering a range of services designed to help individuals navigate life's challenges.
Rolling Hills gave me world-class care. I was both a patient in their hospital and a part of their IOP program. Very professional staff, and the curriculum for IOP was outstanding and helped gain me skills I needed to reintegrate back into society.
Would recommend this to anyone who needs help like I did.
