Nail service was rushed. Gel polish was left on cuticles. When asking nail tech, his opinion, he told me he did not care. Gloves were not used.

I came to this place referred by my friend rose who works there! It’s a very nice place with great people! Katie gave great service and was very sweet. My eight year old was very pleased her nails as well. It’s a great environment and great people. My nails are nice. This is our new location for nails.

Went in for a fill-in. Acrylic and regular nail polish. The cost was $45. I asked for very square nails one hand with square one hand was rounded shaped. I was not offered anything to drink and when the technician was finished she just left and didn't say anything. That was my first at this shop, I will not return. Katie did my nails. They have a low skill level.

I will not going anywhere else! They are amazing! They take their time, giving me perfect nails each and every time. They are also so kind and friendly!

I couldn’t be more grateful for the entire staff here. We came to celebrate my great grandmothers 98th birthday. They went above and beyond not only providing clean, beautiful work but made it so special for her birthday. Everyone sang her happy birthday twice and they gave her a slice of cake.

I've had nothing but good experiences at Sahara with great manicures and pedicures. From diluted nails to gel to tips, always a great job. Plus who doesn't love free wine during a mani?!

I'm from out of town and stopped here with a friend while here for the weekend. We optioned for the scrub for an extra $5 but didn't realize the cost of the pedicure didn't include the gel polish cost. It was $68 plus tip. Too much for me.

The lady who did my pedicure did not pay alot.of attention to what she was doing and really rushed. For a guy, my expectation is lower for this kind of stuff. My cuticles were just as bad when I left than when I arrived, but I didn't realize until I got home.

Go to Sally! She had never shaped ballerina nails before but did an absolutely perfect job. Best nail salon in Franklin, that's for sure!

This spot has potential but unfortunately it is lacking in consistent quality. The colors available are great and I wish I could say each technician is proficient and professional, but they aren't. Don't go here if you want to be sure you'll get what you're paying for.

My daughter and I went for dip powder mani's yesterday. I picked this place because it is one of the few places open on Sunday. Our service took wayyy too long. We were there 2 hours! My daughters dip had to be rebuffed and clear coated because it was all bumpy and rough on the surface. The nail tech had started a new customer when we realized and they made us wait the 30 mins for her to finish that job before coming over to fix my daughters nails. They could have allowed anyone to fix the job or had the other customer wait a minute so that they could get us taken care of. The prices are crazy compared to other local salons and they try to nickel and dime anywhere they can. They tried to add $6 because my nails are almond shape? That makes zero sense - how's that any different than round or square shape? My nails are so thick and fat at the ends and honestly just looking at them makes me furious all over again. I wish I had the energy to complain yesterday because now I'm so mad that we paid over $150 for a job that we're not happy with. We would never go back to Sahara Nail Spa.

I’ve gone to Sahara three times now. This is the first place I have ever gotten acrylics. I’ve been very happy with the service provided to me here. My nails have held up well and look great!
