The first time in this store the associate was very nice and helpful. Went back this week to get some supplies , the older lady at the register was being very rude to the customer at checkout. So we put our supplies back on the shelf and left .

UPDATE...And it's not good..So, if you'll see the response below from "the owner", you'll see their apology and asked for me to call them, with the number they listed below. I was not going to call because I had decided to kick them to the curb...BUT... I was charged TWICE on one of my orders. I usually spend around $1,000 a month. This particular week I spent $331 on my shop acct and $334 on my retail, yet the $331 was double charged. So now I HAVE to call. If you'll notice below, there's no reference number as to who to communicate with, so it's just their call in service. By the time you go through listening to the outgoing message about their "summer hours" etc, then you have to go through this arduous process of FINALLY speaking to a human. We finally got it worked out, after having to create a case number and fingers crossed, I get my money back by the end of this week.I will say, the employees are all very kind and helpful....like I said below, I'm not sure how they stand to work for this company. Hopefully it's just growing pains and they get it all worked out!!I hate giving bad reviews...I really do. The staff are phenomenal and super helpful. I don't know how they deal with this company. First off, being a colorist, I need multiple colors. I'm used to State Beauty in Nashville, but I've moved to Brentwood and needed something closer and more convenient. SC bought out State (the one in Nashville), so I can't even go there anymore. They were always fully stocked. The few times I've HAD to go to SC I've walked out super frustrated. Their stock is VERY low, they're WAY under staffed, the app sucks (and you have to use it purchase there). My last visit, last week was totally unacceptable. The poor gurl working register was all alone. The computer kept crashing so she had to hand write down the orders, and we were unable to get our receipts. There was a very long line, so you can imagine the wait time! She had to literally call the customers at the end of the day to let them know their totals and if their cards went through. Super inconvenient for the customer! I felt so bad for the employee, I wanted to help her in some way.I've found an online supplier w discounts and free shipping. I'll be using them from now on.

This store manager Maria goes above and beyond. They get to know you. When there is a sale on the color line you use and there is a sale you are informed personally by the staff. I truly feel like they are a part of the community. 5 stars plus more. If Maria managed any salon it would be a success luckily we have an advocate that help us run ours.Thank you Maria...we couldn't do it without you

My son and I went in the store today to grab a few things and had a wonderful experience! An amazing young lady named Taylor helped us, and definitely went above and beyond expectations! She was unbelievably kind to my son, which means a lot to me as a mother! Thank you Taylor for the wonderful advice and experience...we will NEVER forget your kindness!!

The Salon Centric in Franklin TN does NOT sell M. Morrocanoil shampoo or conditioner as they claim on the net. They do not habe severla things the NJ store had and are overpriced here at this location on their stuff.
