If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Extremely rude employees at this location. If you visit, brace yourself for dirty looks and lackluster help. Do yourself a favor and shop online or go to Ulta in CoolSprings.

The store associates were extremely rude. I couldn’t find someone to help me find a certain shade, so I briefly looked through the drawer myself since nobody was around but felt like that would be frowned upon lol so I went looking again for an employee to help me. I finally found one, and after she rudely asked me about what I was looking for, she stubbornly came to look through the drawer. While she was digging around, pulling other shades I didn’t ask for, I spotted what I believed to be it. So I asked if the one I spotted was it? And picked it up. She didn’t say a word and just closed the drawer and walked away! After that, I found the rest of my items and went to check out. When I went to pay, I showed my app and asked if I was supposed to scan my app or something to receive my little birthday gift for this month and the lately told me she couldn’t help e with that and that she was just trying to get the line to move along faster?? Extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service and willingness to help their customers.

It’s a rare experience to find service so reprehensible. Most of the eight employees evasively avoid eye contact and are well-practiced at browbeating mall rats into purchases without the slightest assistance. “No” is just easier than helping people.

Scheduled an appointment for today at 10:30 by speaking with someone at the store. Have my confirmation email and multiple text messages confirming the appointment. Arrived on time just to have them stare at me through the doors, not letting me in and telling me that somebody must’ve made the appointment in error because they don’t open until noon. Pathetic excuse for customer service, especially for a woman nine months pregnant trying to get ready for her baby shower. Highly unprofessional and disappointing.

Go see Chris at this location! I am a regular Sephora customer and needed to replace my basic make up since many brands have changed or been discontinued as of late (like Bare Minerals, for example). Chris is a new assistant manager and knows his stuff. He's also an painter/artist by profession. Not surprisingly, he picked out the perfect matches for my skin and my preference for a natural look. He also shared what he uses, and that was reassuring. We had so much fun, it was like shopping with a friend rather than working with a consultant. Would highly recommend his expertise. Products recommended: Kiehl's, Dr. Dennis Gross, Tacha, Hourglass, Jo Malone, K18, etc.

Absolutely nobody around to help. Found one employee that wasn’t behind the register. While I waited for this employee to stop chatting about her personal life to a friend, she eventually gave me a dirty look and moved her conversation to another section of the store. Try Ulta at the mall, employees are much more friendlier and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked around the store and no one greeted or helped me. I was watched the whole time I was there. This store made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I saw other workers approach other guest, and walk just by me... The cashier asked me if anyone helped me and I told her no, no one helped or approached me. She brushed it off. I definitely won’t be back here.
