Excellent atmosphere.. If you haven’t seen Shelly guiding the purple mat shock sessions, oh.. it is an experience you don’t want to miss, wherever you are in the workout spectrum. Great mix of classes to choose from/ keep rotating - strength, cardio, HIIT.. I have tried the S3, Shock and Shock station .. and loved them all.

Best place in town! Shellie and her team are amazing! The best sweat you can get. They focus on total body, while switching up the workout as Shellie says to make you think and focus. I was away for about 8 months trying a different fitness facility. I was not getting the same results as I was with Shell Shock! I can’t say enough about this place...love it and the people that come together everyday with the same motivation to push each other towards our individual goals!

Because Shellie is the best instructor ever!! I’ve been working out with her and her dad Mr. Billy Blanks since I was 13 years old and to this day I still do!! I’m a mom of two girls and my motivation still rocks because of them. So powerful so inspirational!! Love her, love them.

I love this place. I believe in this place. This is not only the best physical workout that I’ve ever done and have found new passion for in life. This place and its people provide incredible physical fitness, but also provide incredible mental fitness, emotional fitness and its culture is unlike any place I have been a part of. It is a true TEAM atmosphere and I just LOVE it so much. If you haven’t gone, you must go and try it out.

Great atmosphere! Friendly staff, and they offer reasonable child care which was a huge plus for me when my children were so young. Most important for me.....I have seen a change in myself! I have been coming back here for years, because the place has such positive energy. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Shellie is so inspiring, you push yourself to do more than you thought possible...and Cris’ kickboxing class is a physical/mental challenge and makes you feel fierce!
