  When employee had her car parked right by the front door so you can't even get out of the parking lot if you're parked at one of the pumps and then the other kid when I got there at the register said she's going to have to log in you're just going to have to wait not sure how long she'll be

  Well..... it's a gas station. The pumps work and they give you gas.

  This gas station has the most rude young female employee. I have never experienced a gas station cashier have such a bad attitude and scoff, sneer, and snap at me the way this young woman did. She sold me the wrong generic version of a Juul pod even after I specifically asked if it fit and she confirmed it did. After I left the store I looked at the box and they were not the right kind that she said they were so I went back in and politely told her that she accidentally gave me the wrong kind and that's when she started having such a sour attitude towards me and wouldn't let me exchange it for the right kind. I showed her that the box was unopened and said I would like for her to call her manager. She rolled her eyes at me and said “seriously?” So she called her manager and after she neglected to tell her manager the whole story, I simply asked if I could speak to the manager on the phone so I did so and the manager verbally told me it was okay and to let her speak with the employee again so as I handed her the phone back she quickly hung up and slammed the phone on the counter. Long story short, I will NEVER be going back to that Shell and hope no one else has to experience the blantent rudeness and disrespect from that young female. Never once did I get an “I'm sorry” or any sort of apology from her. That's no way to treat customers and I hope Shell doesn't allow that type of behavior.
