while my friend and i went inside for snacks then as we where checking out we where having a conversation about how my friend loves swiss rolls, the assistant manager jeff proceeded to tell her, “ that’s why she has that extra bit of wait on her.” talking about her body. which is frankly disgusting, for an employee let alone a manager to say that, then when we proceeded to say “we need to get out of here, you can’t say that”. he goes “are you sure about that?” showing his badge. feeling very intimidated and scared being young women we fastly left the store. any woman thinking about stopping by this store be careful of this predatory man!

remember 911 is only for emergency and should only be called when something is actually happen. the own is in ties with a 911 officer and will call if they need someone unlawfully harassed.

Always receipt tape in the fuel pumps, easy in and out, decent beer selection. Obnoxious TV screens on gas pumps, but most Shell stations have them around here now. Good place to air up your tires too.

Customer service is 10/10. They keep the building well maintained and clean. I used to be their resident Icee guy who would buy an Icee almost every day for years. Unfortunately, about 3 months ago, some flavor has been introduced that makes the Icees taste off. All icee machines are notorious for failure, and inconsistent thickness. This is not just failure, it tastes like a bitter bad chemical that makes me throw the Icee away. I unfortunately go to Cool Springs for Icees now because of this issue. I miss going here.

First, let me start off by saying money was not the issue here. It was the poor customer service. I traveled almost 30 miles to a different area from what I’m used to and needed gas to head back to my area. Off top I grabbed the nozzle and it was jamming so I should’ve just picked a different pump but I proceeded to pump and while pumping the nozzle jammed on me which resulted in me pumping more gas than I expected. I went inside and was directed to the manager by a sweet older lady. However, the manager already acted as if she wasn’t going to be able to help me. She calls her manager and he proceeds to tell me there’s nothing they can do simply because the fire-fighter that pumped gas before me paid $115 and had no issues. Instead of addressing my issue it seemed that they based their decision of someone else’s experience. I prompted her outside to try the pump out herself. It didn’t jam but the latch was dangling which isn’t supposed to happen. However, she talked to me as if I didn’t know how to pump gas and that this has never happened before. Even when I asked her to atleast put an out of order note on there to save someone else, she disregarded my request. So long story short, don’t use pump 8 unless you’re planning to fill up.

Advertisements while you pump. I'd rather have a zen like no noise. Background advertisement programming makes you a weaker person.
