I had drove to Franklin TN Tuesday morning to work a shift at one of my jobs other locations to help, 3 hours away from home, I had used the last bit of my money on gas to come here. I closed the shift at my work and then needed to get more gas, I had transferred the last bit of money from loan liners that I had from my bank to get gas and hopefully something to eat. I had only $9 after I filled my tank up, I grabbed some things and thought I would try my almost maxed out credit card on some of them, which declined.i told the lady to just take some things for the order and I would get only a couple of items, the ones I really needed. The sweetest most kind hearted employee, Dietre (I’m probably butchering her name) was ringing me up and asked if I was planning to get it all. I told her I was going to if my credit cared didn’t decline but I only need the few items and I had the money for it , she said “I got you girl don’t worry”. I declined the help of course because I did not want her to pay for it at all, she then pulled out her personal phone and used her own Apple Pay to pay for my things. I told her she did not understand how much that meant to me and she said I’ve been there before and she gets it and told me to save my $9. She paid $20 for my things out of her own money for me, a stranger. I broke out into a sob leaving because I just felt so incredibly blessed by her. She deserves a raise and recognition for her kind heartedness and service to customers. This was at around 3 AM and most would be tired from the day and not pleasant but she absolutely was pleasant and helpful and so so nice. Just wanted to put it out there that she was amazing and saved me tonight!!!

Lady didn’t wanna open the door even though it says 24/hrs. When I got to the counter she asked me if I went next door then refused my service bc I told her she was supposed to be open.

I would give a MILLION stars if I could. The general manager Kim & Eli were amazing. My tire was flat- first thing I did was try to fill it with air! Couldn’t get the air pump to work so I went inside to ask & Kim volunteered to come outside in 90 degree heat to look at it. When we couldn’t get it she ran inside & got me $1.50 in quarters without me even asking. When my tire wouldn’t fill with air she waited with me & then ran inside to get Eli. Eli came out & began the most difficult tire change in history. My tools & Jack were awful & he still managed to help me. Both of them were kind & friendly the whole time. Made sure myself & my dog had water & made sure I was safe. I cannot fully express my gratitude in words. Thank you. They deserve some love from Shell for their incredible service & upbeat attitudes despite all odds & the insane heat.

Great place to stop in and grab some snacks before hitting the highway. They are way over priced on gas. The staff member even said they are over priced considering the lack of competitors around them.

4 ppl standing around. No hot food. Two coffee choices. Coffee pots on the dirty floor. This place is dirty and unacceptable. Corporate should definitely investigate this location. Health department should shut it down.

Today I stopped in this gas station and requested the price on a charger and the lady that seemed to be the manager looked at me and said “I don’t know!” And went on about what she was doing. Another clerk only after being asked again helped me. Then I paid for the items I had and they laid my things on the counter and walked away. Didn’t ask me if I wanted or needed a bag nothing. Customer service was so bad!

The lady who works in the night sift seems like she don’t like working this place. Unprofessional attitude and rudeness. Stopped by here today and got unpleasant experience. Overall gas station is verygood except the night shift cashier.

Management needs to crack down on their employees. I LOVE this gas station, everyone is always friendly, helpful and always open when I need them. However, their latest choice of some hires have been disturbing to me. I stopped in at 11:30-ish pm, on Monday, April 4th. There were two boys working the registers, and I call them boys, because they evidently need help in learning how to dress. Both had their pant's waistband about mid-thigh, with their underwear and arses hanging out of their pants. Totally disgusting and disturbing. If I wanted to see arses, I'd go to the strip-club, not my local shell. Dont know WHY youth of today think this is stylish, but it is totally unprofessional, and of bad taste. We arent North Nashville, this is Franklin. Please get your employees under control.

Brad is an amazing and honest manager. I overpaid him by $4 and he chased me down and gave me my money back. This is my new favorite gas station since the gas station across the street gave me bad service. I left the people across the street a three-star.
