Worst storage option in Franklin. You will never interact with a person at the location (unless she randomly appears to verbally abuse you), and the corporate call center is an outsourced vendor. The website is atrocious when you go to move out, and neither corporate nor the local manager will commit to any correspondence. I have already contacted my credit card company and dicussed what my options are if they still charge me after I supposedly cancelled with the call center, since the call center will not give me any written confirmation that it has been cancelled. Save your money and frustration and go elsewhere.

Reservation easy online. Facility security looks poor. Lacks cameras and secure boundary fencing. No one working in office due to staffing shortage (per their main center). Messages not returned.

Update: not only did they lie about canceling and crediting me, they just tried billing again!Website said I was booking a storage unit but as it turned out, it was only a parking space. They said they would void the transaction and issue a refund. Instead, they charged me on June 17th and no refund. It doesn't take 20 days for a charge to be refunded to a credit card. I sent them messages too and no response yet. Must be running a scam?

Came around 2:15pm to the office and the door was locked with no answer - the sign on the door said lunch was 1pm-2pm so gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they were late coming back from lunch. Came back at 4:40 and the door is still locked with no answer. Called istorage and they tried to call this location in Franklin and they said they should have someone there but THEY couldn’t even get an answer.

They charged me immediately for a unit and provided a move in date. On move in date I went twice and code never worked, then I got in through someone exiting on my 3rd time that day and found the unit they had me in was full of someone’s stuff. They never answer the phone, there is never anyone in office during office hours and it’s the single dumpiest place I’ve seen. Stay away!!!
