The guy was friendly, but they have very limited hours for calibrations and it makes it really difficult to get in with such tight times because they stretch him between 3 other locations. Stop being cheap and hire new help

Everything went perfectly. All questions were answered, I was well informed about all the stipulations about the device, and the installer was kind and courteous.

Ok... no one is happy about having to put one of these in your car, but the experience was fast, easy and customer service was great!!!! If you have to get one, I would definitely recommend this location!
