My haircut was ruined — the shape destroyed and the color uneven, right before an important event. I had to rush to another salon to fix it. Also, the salon prices don’t match what’s listed on their website.

First time seeing Michelle and I’m so glad I did. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, made great suggestions, and delivered exactly what I was hoping for, if not better. The cut, color, and style came out so perfect. The space was super welcoming, and the whole experience felt relaxing and fun. Also, do not pass on the iced caramel latte. Trust me.
