I had a great experience trading in my phone, I don’t remember their names (I think one of them was Brooke, but I’m not sure) but they were very helpful and nice! They were very patient with me being indecisive also

My 82 year old mother bought an Apple Watch. They didn’t teach her how to use it. Didn’t even try. Then she injured her knee and couldn’t make it back to the store until I came in town, at day 16. Returns must be in 14 days. We only wanted to upgrade to the bigger watch. She is 82. Selling an Apple Watch to an 82 year with a small face and not teaching it to her is another example of taking advantage of seniors. We are not mad at the store - the team has always been nice at the store to my mother. It’s the policy of the company. Shameful.

I came in yesterday right when they opened looking for some help getting a new phone and Jay went above and beyond with his service! Double checking I got the best deals and services and he hooked me up! Highly recommended

All t- mobile serviced phones in our neighborhood ( westhaven) went out of service for at least 5 days. Techs in this site could not fix the problem- but that's not their fault. Apparently there was a problem with the tower in our area, but T- Mobile NEVER BOTHERED TO TELL THE STAFF ABOUT IT!!! So I put the blame on T- MObile. . We plan to switch to another service. One should never reward bad behavior.

We started out as a Sprint Business customer. To this day even with T-mobile SIM cards, we are still considered sprint and the stores have “No authority” to help us with anything. We have to call in. Called in today because my bill was over $100 more than normal, which I knew HAD to be a mess up in the system because my husband had just upgraded his phone. We were done paying off our phones which were $50 a month ($25 each) and his new phone was $30 a month so bill should have been $20 less than normal. Turns out they deleted our plans we had out of the system with absolutely no warning, and is saying there’s no way to honor it. When T-Mobile first took over sprint they offered a promotion to add a line for free to your plan and we did. That was a T-Mobile not a sprint promotion since T-Mobile had taken over. That was just taken off and our existing plans raised. They were charging me $20 a month PER PHONE for mobile hot spot when that was a free thing before, so she took those off and when I asked over and over what my final monthly bill would estimate out to, she kept saying “well this column will be”, and I would say no, please tell me the actual total. She told me she can’t give me an actual total only estimate I said I understand that please let me know how much it should be, she kept circling around to the column prices. FINALLY she tells me the total which would be $50 more than it was going to be before the system “deleted my plan”. She kept talking over me and telling me it was because we upgraded. I don’t know why I kept trying to explain that no, with our upgrade it was still supposed to be $20 cheaper than duh of course it because all of a sudden our plan isn’t honored and we have to pay more for our regular lines and our free line isn’t free anymore. I wanted to get to an efficient resolution and she wanted to gaslight me the whole time. Unfortunately we upgraded and I don’t think we can’t get out of that without paying off the phone. Had we been given a warning that our plan was no longer honored we wouldn’t have upgraded with T-mobile. As soon as we can get out, we’ll be gone.

Do not go to this location! It was a sales gimmick from the start. They will tell you you’re getting everything at no cost until they switch your services, then all the truth comes out. I literally heard them on the phone with other customers with issues the whole time I was in the store. Come to find out, I would be one of them. Management told me I should have assumed that all the cost would be there even though they told me that there wasn’t. Horrible Experience…

I went in last Friday and handled some things and was helped by Justin. Then I went in yesterday to add internet and Joseph helped me out. When I say these guys are the best!!! Go see them, they're awesome and super helpful!!! Thx guys!!!!

We first purchased from Matt (store manager) he was awesome! We went back and purchased a second device from Joe. He was great! There was a dude working there named Justin and he was a j**** He was asking Joe if he was done helping me(I’d been there maybe five mins at that point). He kept asking until Joe, was like yes almost done. I felt like I was being rushed as well as rushing his coworker.

I had an extremely negative experience at this store and I regret not being able to give it a rating of negative 5 stars. The store manager, Justin, provided me with inaccurate information about the available plans. Initially, I was informed that I would receive a third line for free upon switching to T-Mobile. However, I later discovered that I was being charged for the third line. Upon visiting the store to address the issue, I was informed that they were unable to assist me and that I would need to contact customer service. Despite spending over an hour each week speaking with the customer service team, my problem has yet to be resolved. As a result, I am paying nearly twice the amount that I was promised by the store manager.

I don’t leave reviews often but when I do it’s because the establishment went above and beyond my expectations.I stopped into T-mobiles new location after having become extremely frustrated with the service at Verizon right before this visit. I could t take it anymore, I was determined to switch providers.It couldn’t have been more of a polar opposite when I walked into T mobile. The manager and assistant manager Justin turned my day completely around.Not only did they hook me up with a great new phone they also gave me $300 off on a speaker and an incredible deal on an iPhone watch.Besides all that, over the next hour or so they were extremely patient with me as many other customers came in and wanted help as well. Not only did no one leave, but they all ended up getting help simultaneously while they dealt with me and every one of them smiled and seemed to be enjoying themselves.Go by Verizon and tell me how it is there, me personally, I’ll never go back.Thanks for the incredible service Justin and thanks to the manager (forgot his name) y’all I rock and I will def be back.

They sold us a phone and plan that was totally different when we received the bill. Terrible service at this store, so bad that I'm leaving t-mobile for fraudulent selling practices. They should be investigated.
