I can't recommend this shop because we order bed and sofa one and half months ago and manager promise we will have all in 3 weeks but still we don't have our bed. In my opinion it's terrible service because if you know your customers can't have items in this time you can just say this without any lie. Ot was better to buy all in Amazon or IKEA. Really. West of money and time.

Sprintz still has great customer service and quality products. We purchased furniture 20 years ago from them and it’s still in great shape. Looking forward to our new couches! Julie was great, knowledgeable and very patient in helping me pick my new set. Thank you!

Melinda Ashford is the best! She is a consummate professional with an abundance of patience. Of course, Sprintz has amazing furniture, but what makes the shopping experience so special is working with such a caring, hardworking person.

Angela is such such a professional and has such a pleasant attitude. She was extremely helpful and I came away with something better than I had hoped for and also for less money than I was planning on spend.! Excellent customer service!!!!

Sprintz has really impressed me with the quality of their furniture and their designers. Joel , the designer working with me, has been extremely helpful and patient with me as I am having a hard time making up my mind…He listens to what I want / am looking for and makes great suggestions without any pressure. I highly recommend Sprintz and of course Joel !!

The purchasing process was easy peasy. Your floor sales person Sherry Murphy was exceptionally helpful and very easy to work with. Did not use any high pressure sales programs. Gave us the facts , answered our questions, made solid suggestions and the. Let us decide. A very enjoyable experience for all.

First of all I've bought many items from sprintz .. everything arrived either broken or damaged .. Bernhardt mostly .. anyways today we went in , just wanted to browse and the salesperson was lerking behind lamps and loveseats , following us around the store . Don't worry if we need your help , we'll find you .

I own a leather love seat and full size couch from Sprintz. The in-store experience is always fantastic. My deliveries are always on time or earlier and I receive thorough communication every step of the way. The delivery crews are always professional and very nice. I would recommend Sprintz to any family or friend, and I will return for future purchases.

Went to Sprintz to get info about a new mattress. Sales people were very helpful, answered our questions and took time to answer our questions. So we just decided on a mattress that day. A happy experience.

Just had the most awkward experience at the Cool Springs location. The lady who helped me, Sherry, was fine. It was the other 7-9 employees sitting up front that were awkward. Maybe let the customer leave before you start talking about them. It wasn’t Sherry who was the issue. It was you all looking at me like I had 4 heads when I walked up while you were socializing. Sorry I bothered you to ask for help. So weird. Your store was empty and now I know it wasn’t the rain. I heard everything you said and it was just tacky to even bring up at all as if it was her. She was great. Maybe one of you could go organize the swatches all over the ground so customers can check them out lol?

Class act all the way. A mistake was made and the wrong fabric was used. Immediately they got on this and got it all corrected and promptly took care of this in a professional and courteous manner. I highly recommend Sprintz!

I am of the belief that you should receive free delivery if you purchase $20,000 in furniture but I am otherwise satisfied with my experience and the pieces I purchased.
