I changed printers and had formerly bought ink cartridges that I could no longer use. Manager was happy to give me credit for old ink toward the purchase of ink for my new printer.

Very clean store with plenty of sales people to help when you need it. Prices were less for school supplies than other stores.

Not exactly sure what the appeal of this store is... You can find just about anything the store sells elsewhere and about half the time for less money. Like many stores of a bygone era, this has unfortunately become a showroom for Amazon. They haven't kept up and they haven't stayed competitive $$.

PRINT SERVICESHaving a deadline today, I called yesterday to make sure the printing department could handle my order timely today. I spoke with Son and he was so incredibly accommodating and helpful. When I arrived today, Son got the order expedited and finished earlier than expected.Top Notch Customer Service.Super appreciative of the professionalism and quality product.

This Staples sits in the heart of busy Franklin in a large shopping center shared with Dick's, Kroger and few other eateries and retail spots located on Mallory Lane. I popped in one evening in search of a desk chair, more specifically a drafting chair due to a high desk I have at home. There were a few Associates standing around the center aisle, but as I passed them twice none of them acknowledged me. I wandered around and up/down the chair aisle and finally on my way back towards the front, one of the Associates asked if I needed help. I was able to let her know what I needed and she directed me to online, as they did not carry drafting chairs in store. The store was dated, but well kept organized and stocked. Outside of the missed service opportunity, my trip in was decent.
