My experience at this hotel was fantastic, super friendly, beautiful room and most of all, super clean, lots of details with the cleaning people and always friendly and smiling! The girls who attended us are Lucy and Paola from cleaning and super friendly and because of them our stay here was very pleasant, I will definitely return here and ask about them again!

Great location which was a short drive to downtown Nashville and the Opryland resort. The 1 bedroom (2 queen beds) was spacious with a nice kitchen. It's especially nice because the living room and the bedroom are clearly separated through a thick door. The hot breakfast was a nice plus too. The breakfast is supposed to be served from 6:30 am, but it wasn't until 6:45-ish when all the items were set up. There's not much variety in terms of the menu, but it's still nice to get hot breakfast.
The only minor complaint we had was the noise from upstairs. We could hear the door banging until late night. I would ask for a quiet room if possible. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would love to be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was one night that we had a loud neighbor, otherwise the hotel is quiet, we only saw people at the elevators or the main entrance/breakfast area and the hotel was full. The hallways are nice and wide, there are two elevators. Our room, a two bedroom, was perfect, and clean, except that there were a couple long black hairs in one of the bath towels. I do wish that the lighting in the sink area had an option to be brighter. It was a challenge to get ready in minimal lighting. They do have full size hair dryers. We had a pot and a pan as well as basic dishes. The outlet in the sink area has a nightlight built into it. The dressers have nice deep drawers.
Nearby activities: The Factory is a must see! There is the Cheekwood mansion about 20 minutes away, I highly recommend seeing that. There is a mall close by. There are many activities in the area to appeal to everyone.
Safety: I never felt unsafe during my stay. It is a good area, I felt comfortable walking outside after dark. The walmart is also safe.
Walkability: There is a Walmart right across the street as well as Kohls, Buffalo Wild wings. A nail salon is within walking distance. It is a pretty central location to a few places.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was great each day, lots to choose from. They do have different main items each day.

This was quite possibly the nicest hotel our family has stayed in. Great for families. Breakfast was fantastic, the lady working in the breakfast area was so kind and helpful. Free laundry facilities was a huge plus! Rooms are nice and spacious and they have thought of every amenity you might need. This will be our new hotel when in the area. Cannot recommend enough!!! I will also be looking for staybridge hotels everywhere I travel now.

Rooms were good, location was fine. However, I needed my Itinerary after we left. I called the front desk and was left on hold. Okay that happens. I called back later that evening and spoke to the same front desk worker. He was rude, and spoke bad English. After difficult communication he found my itinerary, got my email address, and said he would send it to me. 30 min later, still no itinerary. So what can i do? I call back. He picks up, hears my voice, and hangs up. I call back, he picks up and hangs up. This happens 5 times. Then he try's to get smart by picking up the phone, and putting me on hold without speaking.
This is bad management, or bad hiring.
Feel free to email me or our company might not be staying there again. We've brought a group of over 30 people two years in a row. October 23-25...
Still need my itinerary. Maybe someone tomorrow morning will be professional.

Really nice big rooms with kitchens. Great location, Franklin is a nice town. Comfortable and clean. Kitchen has a full refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, coffee maker, and toaster.

For the price, one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Exceptionally clean, and the included breakfast was better than some I've paid for at more expensive hotels.

There is only one issue every time we stay. Drop off still doesn't have a stall to pull up and unload. Give up Diamond Elite spot.
Great location for on and off freeway, shopping, and places to eat.

Had a great stay here. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. The only con for me was no full length mirrors in rooms.

Amazing for the price. Large rooms, kitchens, living room and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning, was decent for a free meal! And nice space with lots of light and a fire place to relax as you start your day. I was impressed.

Rooms are really nice, basically small apartments. It's really nice for the price, honestly. My only real issues are having no ice dispensers on the floors, and keeping the breakfast bar stocked. When you ask for ice, they ask if you turned on the ice maker in the fridge in your room. Yes, I did, but it takes a long time to make any decent amount of ice, which doesn't help me when I check in. The breakfast bar was often out of items. Muffins ran out, sausage gravy for biscuits and heavy ran out, fruit for the yogurt ran out, etc... you get the idea. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay with wonderful rooms.
Rooms: Very clean, great amenities. Beds are comfortable.
Food and drinks: Basic snacks and drinks available for purchase. Breakfast bar is pretty standard.

Hit and Miss. I wish I got her name, because the woman that checked us in was amazing. She was so friendly and welcoming, very personable. However the rest of our experience was less than great. The room overall was very nice and was clean. The fridge was extremely loud to the point that it woke us up frequently. The first morning we didn't have hot water, brought it to the attention of the front desk, and were never aware of any follow up. No hot water the next morning either. The hotel was apparently fully booked but that's no excuse for not being able to provide every guest with HOT water. The lack of follow up was upsetting. The other staff (front desk and breakfast) were not very friendly or helpful. Breakfast was not hot and there were no microwaves in the area to re-heat. They did a good job of re-stocking food though and fruit and other selections were standard. The location was good and the grounds were well kept. The outdoor patio with firepit and grills was very nice. Could have easily been 4 stars if they were more interested in our experience while we were there.
