After 20+ years with same insurance company, my wife and I decided to explore/compare other options for 2024. I contacted several independent insurance agencies in Williamson and Davidson Counties. I concurrently evaluated alternative Insurance Companies based on Consumer Reports, online reviews, and interactions with friends, neighbors, and family members.We ultimately opted to obtain Erie Insurance Home and Auto coverage through Stewart Insurance Group.I encourage anyone pondering any insurance provider/policy review to contact Lisa Hale at Stewart Insurance Group. Lisa differentiated herself from every other agent I communicated with. She responded to my initial phone call with immediate comparative quotes. Follow-up telephone conversations and a meeting at Lisa’s Westhaven office solidified our decision to shift our policy coverage to Erie Insurance and to initiate a relationship with Stewart Insurance Group. The face-to-face meeting reinforced that the agency provides comprehensive local support, especially related to claims, that was not evident with my previous agency/insurance company nor other with alternative agency representatives interacted with.The other brokers I contacted were slow to respond. Some referred me to on-line applications/communication. Lisa and Stewart Insurance Group demonstrated a true customer focused value proposition: quality product offering and exceptional accessible “local” customer service.

The team at Stewart Insurance Group was responsive, friendly and attentive to all of our needs. From quoting to issuance (across multiple lines), the process was very streamlined. They saved me multiple hundreds per year over the incumbent "good neighbor" who may have been there, but couldn't come close to the rates.

A friend recommended this insurance group to me and I'm SO GLAD they did! Laura Hale at Stewart Insurance Group was very responsive and quick to give quotes and answer questions. She was thorough and gave great suggestions, and ultimately the quote from this group was far cheaper than others I'd looked at. I would recommend this group to anyone who needs home/car insurance!

I was already impressed with everything about Stewart Insurance Group, but when I had to get information on Christmas Day 2022, because of a broken pipe, and flood, Eric returned my call promptly and told us what to do. He has been so helpful along every step of the way. We are much further ahead than the other affected in the complex, and we have actually been able to help some of them, based on the help Eric Stewart has given to us.

I really enjoy having my car insurance through Stewart over some of the other big companies out there. I think I’ve tried 3 different big insurance companies over the past 10 years and they’re all just a pain to deal with. Stewart on the other hand made it super easy for me from start to finish. I never feel like it’s a hassle to get in touch with them, and they’re always quick to respond in my experience. Keep it up guys!

On New Year’s Eve- I needed to call my Insurance Agent- of course, I did not want to bother him on a holiday, but I had no choice. He responded immediately and gave me the information I needed… Thank you so much Eric for always being responsive to any needs I may have!!

Stewart Insurance Group did a great job with our home insurance.... and got us competitive pricing for our cars and motorcycles. Curt was helpful, and answered all my questions and concerns. It sure is nice to have a local name and number to call instead of an 800 number.UPDATED: LOVE Stewart Insurance Group- always extremely helpful; Laurie and Laura are constantly checking in and keeping us updated on home and auto insurance- and Eric Stewart is ‘hands on’. He will pick up the phone - and take the time to help and answer questions- not just passing my call on to someone else. I best describe Stewart Insurance Group as “Old Fashioned Service”.

After getting the run around from my previous insurance carrier , I reached out to Stewart insurance for a quote on my home and auto. Eric and his team have been professional from start to finish to insure my property. Eric made sure that all coverages were correct and we have the proper coverage in place. Very personal type service not cookie cutter like a lot of agents in the insurance industry today. Would highly recommend Stewart Insurance.
