Has the the merger of BB&T and SunTrust Banks into Truist Financial ruined all customer service? I've been a customer for 20 years and yet the absolute MESS they have made of the relationship is incredible. I made a deposit on Friday 04/10/20. Since then (today is 05/01/20) I have been unable to get access to my money. The branch manager says its out of his hands so not sure what his job is. I've called everyday to hear "it's in the hands of the back office". Find a local bank, don't use these guys!
