We stop at many TA's around the country with our motorhome. This one is newer and is easier to get in and out. Honestly the signage at most TA's for enters are horrible and confusing. This one is is well understood. There is enough gas for our dog to stretch.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The shop is awful. The techs are so lazy. They disappear for hours at a time, all the while they should have been working on my truck. Then the shop office people lie for them when no work is being done. Even the manager came out and lied straight to my face about a mobile spindle guy that was coming up from Alabama. Very poorly ran shop. I will Never come to this shop again and will probably start going to Loves for any future work. These guys do NOT care about the drivers and their needs... they seem only concerned with their coffee, smoke, and whatever other breaks they can come up with!

Kinda annoyed with this ta because I was sleeping and hours after I got there, someone came banging on my door telling me to go pay. I just don’t understand what’s the point of the app and reserving through the app whenever they’re not going to do their job and not bother us while we’re sleeping. He told me I had to go inside to get a ticket, I called inside and they “checked me in” and promised it wouldn’t happen again. It didn’t happen again. Just be aware. Plus harassing someone who paid without doing their job when there were lots of trucks who made spots who didn’t pay sleeping peacefully is bad for business.

Biggest dump I’ve been to in a while. Place is super run down. Was hoping for food, but the Restaurant is closed, and has been for some time. Booths are piled full of garbage. And after all that they still charge for parking. There’s no food nearby either. No way I’d try to shower here. Just stick with loves, it’s crowded but for good reason. At least loves takes better care of their property and customers. I truly think TA/petro just doesn’t care anymore as a company.

The teenage boy and girl that works together at night time suck!!!! Needed gas and stood in line for more than 5 mins, while they stood there talking ignoring us. We were the only ones in the store!!

The staff are overzealous about enforcing paid truck parking. I had paid for parking hours before using the app and they still banged on my door, waking me up. Does TA not care about how dangerous it is to cost drivers their sleep?

Don’t ever come here! I got woke up because I didn’t realize that I was in paid parking. Then the guy that woke me up started calling me the n word mind you I’m white well I got up and got dressed and went inside and confronted him in front of his co workers. Then he went and flexed on me like he was gonna assault me…. Then started yelling get them out of here they just called me the n word! Friday morning I will be calling corporate

This is very bad site for for coming traffic because it’s very tight to enter the fuel pump. At all I will never recommend to any one.

I've been truck driving five years now, own my own semi, and it just happens. You're on the road, and you have a mechanical issue, I always try my best to go to a TA. I've been doing it for years, and they always take care of me quickly, and fairly, this is a good shop here. The manager, Alexis, and the mechanic Billy took care of me.
