Since moving to TN 5 years ago I have been in several Targets in the area and continue to be disappointed. This store, and many other Targets in the area, are so messy. Clothes, hangers and trash all over the floor. Clothes in piles on racks. You would have to do a deep dive just to find your size because nothing is organized. Not every department was like this, but it was so bad I put my few purchases back and walked out of the store.

Have been trying to talk to someone in customer services for 2 days off/on about my fiance accidently leaving part of an order in the bottom rack/shelf of our buggy. ($7.50 plastic)The prompts are dept based & ring until phone auto does a hang up AND there is no choice for customer services. We live in another state so driving back is not a choice. Wish there was a NO STAR choice for rating.

Ridiculous that order pick up has to stand in the return line with one representative working. (10 person deep line)
What the point of saving time with online shopping / pick up if I have to wait longer than just shopping myself in store!
Store is a mess and no managers / help to be found.
The one person I did ask that was milling around- said it wasn’t his job.

The drive up is TERRIBLE. Doesn’t matter what time of day, holidays or not.., minimum 30 min wait. Employees do one order at a time. Efficiency is non existent.

Horrible experience with drive up pickup. If you are saying my order is ready and yet I’m waiting half an hour in my car… it’s clearly not ready. There needs to be a more efficient system especially this time of year

I understand it’s busy season but when you have 24 drive up spaces for online orders, they are all full, and you make your employees service one car at a time, take 5-10 mins to go in and out, and only have 2 people working, it takes an unreasonably long time. The wait ends up being over 30 minutes. It could be done so much more efficiently!

I tried calling and getting someone on the line, any one! I am currently on my 8th attempt and have gotten hung up on, but most of the time it just rings until it hangs up. I'd give this a 0 Star rating if it would let me.

I am a brown guy and I was shopping in this store and I was randomly checked at the self checkout by an elderly white employee. She checked my card, receipt, and cart. She only checked me in front of several other white customers who were using the self checkout, and I am extremely disappointed in this behavior. For my fellow people of color, beware of racial profiling at this location.

Asset Protection Lady was nice, Cashier was rude and threw my stuff down on the counter. He was very unpleasant. The manager was not much help.
