I wanted to commend the Tesla Advisors at the Tesla Gallery in Franklin Tennessee who helped me test drive, order, and take delivery of my Model 3.I showed up for my scheduled test drive at the show room in Franklin at 12pm on Friday (11/24/2023). Trent met me in the show room and greeted me. He confirmed all of my information and got me the keys. He made sure I was prepared for the test drive. His instruction were concise and professional.When I returned from the test drive, Blair met me in the show room to get the keys and follow up on the test drive. He was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I decided to place an order for a car that was in stock and he walked me through the entire process. He was patient and understanding of all my questions. I asked him if I would be able to take the car home that day, and he bent over backwards to make sure that my car was ready for me before they closed. When the car was ready at 5:30pm (30 minutes earlier than quoted), he brought it right up to the front door and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Blair went above and beyond for me.The following Monday (11/27/2023), I received a call from S.J. to follow up on my purchase and to make sure I wasn't having any issues. She was so friendly and her call brightened my day. She informed me of when I would be receiving my registration info and made sure I knew to call her back if I ever needed anything.The aforementioned people, especially Blair and SJ, have made me a Tesla customer for life.

Lied about the "refundable" deposit on the Cybertruck. Couldn't issue a refund to my current card due to it being issued to (a since expired) card from over 3 years ago (on a vehicle that should have already been released). Shady business practices and very poor customer service. I understand it's only $100, but it's the lack of integrity doing business that is most frustrating. This led to weeks of back-and-forth with talking to Tesla and my bank all for Tesla to say there is nothing they can do. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.If they'll screw you over a $100 deposit, imagine what they can do with vehicle issues.DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY.

Misty at Tesla in Franklin was Absolutely Amazing. She helped make the process of deciding which vehicle to get so much easier and even took time and answered All of our questions.

The first time I came here was for my new Tesla since it was brand new and had a few broken things, the service center took care of it. However, the second time, 2 months after buying my new Tesla, it completely stopped working and Tesla roadside assistance sent a tow truck to take my car. I was left stranded in a shopping center and this service center doesn’t respond to any phone calls and they reply days later on the service app. They told me my car was ready for pickup and then they told me that it was a mistake and my car was not ready and now they’re telling me it’s ready again but the app says it’s not ready and I messaged and called them 10+ times with no response. I have been left without a car for two days and no response from this service center. They promised me a loaner vehicle if I didn’t have my new car since it was a service but that has not been the case.

Went there yesterday to check out some cars, guy I talked to was very nice and accommodating, not simply trying to push a sale on you. Covered all the bases and they give you a lot of freedom to explore the car for yourself in the demo drive, instead of tightly holding your hand throughout the whole thing. Simple looking building and fairly sized lot, nothing too intimidating or confusing. Definitely coming back to this placed if I have questions and when I make my purchase

I came in to test drive a Model 3 and Monica was so helpful. She answered all my questions even though they were super busy. Highly recommend you ask for her if you want a great sales experience

In and out on a tire replacement in 30 minutes. I’m not going to tell you how much the tire cost but the service was excellent.

I wanted to specifically mentioned how much I like Tesla’s mobile service in Murfreesboro. I always have Celia (who loves my dogs) and her communication and appointment timing is always 100%. Five stars.

Awesome customer service - they let us test drive a model s and do whatever we wanted for 20 MINUTES! The employee was also nice to just talk with, real cool guy. This was an awesome experience and I have a much more positive outlook on Tesla now, keep up the great work guys!
