long wait time, only one cashier working at 7:05 pm. There is big line up and they do not care customer waiting.
poor management and no one to monitor cashiers. They take there own time 1/8/25

Love TJMaxx HATE THIS LOCATION.
This location is always dirty and disorganized. The people that do check out are rude and talk about customers when they walk away from the counter.
It may be more of a drive but the one in Brentwood on Franklin Pike is SOOOO MUCH NICER.

Not the best Tjmaxx in middle tennessee but, I snagged some great clearance beauty items. That's the only reason why I gave it 3 stars. The line was extremely long checking out so expect a 20 to 30 min wait, which is insane considering all of the registers were open. Maybe it was just on Sunday. I couldn't imagine what the lines would be like during the holidays.

I went to this store last Tuesday, I have been to many TJ Maxx stores and this store was so dirty and messy. The floors were strewn with paper, and even broken glass. The bathroom was one of the messiest I have ever been in. I understand good help is so hard to find, but please take ownership and pride in your business. Spend a few hours cleaning the environment as this speaks a lot to your customers.

If you’ve dealt with mold in the past, I wouldn’t recommend.. I’ve just detoxed and now I can’t enter this store because of the mold smell. I recommend the Marshalls across the street. Smells clean

As often as I come here, I finally met the most rude manager of ally the store (at least she identified herself as such).
I grabbed sandals quickly and checked out. She asked for my rewards number. As I tried to give it to her, she kept on repeating that customer info is never saved and I kept on asking why that matters. I’ve never been told that at check out EVER. At some point, I demanded a reason as to why she kept repeating that and could not logically explain it to me. I finally said forgot my rewards and let me get out and paid cash instead. As I walked off with frustration she had the audacity to say “you have a bad attitude “
Even if I have a bad attitude, you are an employees of TJ MAX. NOT the owner. I asked her for her superior immediately and dismissed me. Buyer beware. This happened at check out 1. Lady was small glasses and bun.
