Tom James continues to impress. Superior quality.
Based on my experience, the company is highly selective as to the individuals, hired to represent the company and assist company clients. All reps i have worked with get high marks. Ms. S.Fogarty, in particular, brings to the table a depth of sartorial knowledge, an intuitive sense of color and texture, and a keen eye for - simply - what works and what doesn't. A dependable consultant in a sloppy world.

Suits are fine, but service falls so short for price. I ordered a suit and 2 shirts in February, and they still haven’t gotten the shirts right. The taylor is on leave or something for months and everything has to go back to the factory for alterations. It’s a decent suit but not worth the price or headaches. Also have been switched from one sales rep to another and now can’t get a call back.

Terrible customer service. Have tried 3 different sales reps and the only one who was conscientious quit. The other two were nothing short of awful. The most recent presented as entitled and rushed and screwed the whole order up. Highly recommend using a more mature clothier.

Highly recommend working with Nicole she is amazing at her job! Been looking for shoes/boots for a while she found the perfect style and color I’ve been looking for. Even went above and beyond and had them ordered to the store in person so she can make sure the size was perfect for me before shipping them to me and noticed an imperfection in the shoe and had them replaced before shipping to me. 10/10 hospitality and professionalism.

I had the worst service with the sales people at Tom James. Stood up at three separate appointments or changed time at last minute.One time I drove from Kentucky to Nashville only to be cancelled 15 minutes before appointment.My sport was VERY expensive but fir well. However, because of the service I will not recommend doing business with Tom James
