Renter Beware. We had our apartment Professionally cleaned and the complex owed us a carpet cleaning. A few weeks after we moved out we got a bill for 987.67 for Pet Damage, Carpet Replacement. They claim there was pet urine. GROSS. The pictures they sent were of CLEAR circles on the carpet backing. Have y'all ever seen cat piss stains? Google it. It's nasty and undeniable. These were not that. There are zero pictures of the top of the carpet and they admitted that they didn't bother cleaning it as promised. They also charged us 15.00 for failure to maintain renters insurance. What the? I had provided them with proof of our renters insurance several times by email and directly at the front office. I was told and I quote Don't worry about it, you're all good. That's just somebody on a power trip. We have been as diplomatic as possible with this company and they are refusing to budge, so there it is in black and white for all potential renters to see. Good Luck.

Absolutely amazing place to live! Safe place to live with everything you need in the all walking distance. The staff is top notch always willing to help and take care of any needs you may have. highly recommend living here!

We spent a very unfortunate year at Berry Farms Apartments. We LOVE Berry Farms as a location. The walkability and access to everything is wonderful.The apartments are horrible. At first glance they seem great, then you realize they are so cheaply made you feel like you are living in a college dorm. Referencing the cheap finishes, a repairman made a comment that we would most likely be seeing him A LOT.It seemed tenants of the community were always being asked to be patient over one issue or another. For most of our lease it was the mail room issue, which I believe is finally sorted out, but packages went stolen/missing often. You will see the complaints on the message boards constantly.Our unit tested high for mold even though it was newer. The main stairwell had mold growing visibly on the carpet as well.We should have used the opportunity to get out of our lease, but opted to be honorable and stay through it since we travel a lot for work anyway. As someone who is sensitive to mold, I stayed away most of the time after we discovered this.Even though I was told in the beginning that Roundup was not used on their landscaping, I saw a landscaper spraying grass with the big Roundup tanks on several occasions.We really tried to be positive tenants and look at the bright side despite the issues, but in the end they charged us exorbitant move out fees that were not fair at all. Considering all we had to put up with as tenants, this was a low blow. When I called to talk to management and then corporate we got bounced back and forth with long periods of no response. I finally reached the account receivable staff member and he was so abusive and aggressive on the phone I was completely taken aback.Despite the great location, we would not pay half the price they are asking to live here again.

We moved in and quickly filed all (very few) deficiencies with the apartment. Within 4 hours, maintenance arrived to take a look at our dryer and microwave. Blake was our service advisor and did an excellent job. He showed up with urgency, solved our issues in the apartment, and ultimately, exceeded our expectations. Maintenance is always worth considering when buying into a lease, and I am pleased with our maintenance experience thus far.

There's not much to not like here at Berry Farms. We enjoy the sun rises and sun sets from our porch, taking a dip in the pool on those hot afternoons and cruising around the neighborhood on our bikes. We feel completely safe in our unit and in the neighborhood.

I moved in on the 17th, so I'm only a day in. So far my experience has been with Remontay at the front desk. He is a great human being! He was very professional and kind. He showed me around the neighborhood, the pool, the gym, and finally my one bedroom apartment. Walking inside what is now my home, felt like like the exact size, price, layout I was looking for. I rushed to get my paperwork done. I couldn't wait to move in. Now that I'm all moved in I feel so happy and excited to live here. Met a bunch of neighbors already and they are awesome!Next thing on my list is the pool and gym. Thank you so much Remontay!

I am amazed at how quickly we have felt at home here. The amenities and our apartment are so well maintained and thoughtfully planned. I am always so thankful and impressed by how quickly and thoroughly work orders are fulfilled. The maintenance crew and staff here are the best. Living at Town Center at Berry Farms has made the switch to apartment living a breeze.

I don’t know where to start with how much I love this community.We’re days away from our one year anniversary of moving here. The apartment is a new build and sure there were a few imperfections, but the staff has always been really helpful to get anything corrected.The neighborhood is incredible. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. It’s easy to connect with neighbors and once you do, it’s like you’ve been here for years.If you’re looking for a place to feel like home, put your application in now.

The staff at Town Center’s administrative office does an exceptional job in all of their efforts.They are professional while friendly and make every attempt to assist their clients. They really make the experience of living at Town Center a pleasure.

I paid up front for an apartment here with the move-in date of January 31st. Initially they moved it back to February, then eventually until the end of March. I was unable to move my dates that far as I was coming from out of town and starting a new job. It is now April and I'm still waiting for my money back. They have ignored my phone calls and get snappy with me when I ask for an update. Renter beware. Customer service only goes as far as they need it to get their apartments filled.
