Really good experience as soon as I spoke with William Dean. He was able to get our car in for review after our accident in a week. We would have been waiting a month to be seen at a collision center closer to us. The estimate was provided in a timely manner and it allowed us to get back on the road sooner.

They truly turned a not great and stressful situation into the best experience. William and his team handled everything effortlessly and my car turned out brand new and better than I was thinking (before and after pictures). Looks like I just pulled it off the dealer lot again! I brought my Toyota Corolla to this body shop after an accident, and they completed the repairs within 4 weeks. I had a positive experience with them and would gladly recommend them to others. David consistently kept me informed about the progress.

Took my car in over 2 months ago, took 1 month for reservation every week, ready in 2 weeks ready before you vacation now today"talked to technician working on vehicle all parts are a big job putting back together looking towards 2 more weeks"worse customer service and service had to rent car to go on vacation.is it just me?cwp

Total waste of time! They were supposed to email me an estimate and never did. I spoke to Jason on the phone several times and he told me he would send it but he never did. I just called again to speak to a manager and he acted like he didn't even care. This place is a joke

Family members Jeep been there over 2 months last response on repairs today: in text:"talked to the technician working on car all parts are a big job putting back together, looking at mid week next week for vehicle to be done with the front calibrations and reassembly"what happened to the last 10 weeks......Does anyone else have this problem with these guys

I'll never go back to this Collison center again. They've lost my trust. Not only did my repair take weeks to get me in, and weeks to get me out, but now I'm finding out after a recent accident I had, that I have parts under my car that were repaired with duct tape the last time this collision center worked on my car to replace a front bumper and front damages. Not only this but phone calls and emails go unanswered during the repair process. I had to physically drive there myself to speak to someone. I'll never go back!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very disappointing experience. Started by coming in for a quote on 2/6/23. Decided late March to go with this company after being referred by Jeep next door. I have a Jeep Wrangler and damaged the front left Fender. They quoted quickly and I paid for the deposit late March. Deposit was for the parts. Fast forward me having to call multiple times to check up on the potential repair date and getting the run around. First time, it was the fact the order had never been placed. Second time, I chalk it up to lack of organization. Finally, last Friday, I spoke with a front office person that took charge and got my Jeep in Tuesday to be repaired.....Finally. The office person confirmed it would be done same day although the salesperson tried to talk me into leaving it overnight because the detail person was backed up. I told the person nope and will be down in an hour to pick up. They had it ready and here is the final straw in this awful situation. At time to settle up, the salesperson marked up the main part by $200....AFTER I PAID FOR THE PARTS BACK IN MARCH AS THE DEPOSIT...He gave me some BS about the fact the part became more expensive from the time of the quote/deposit to the install....I have heard a lot of things, seen a lot of things, and deal with sales EVERY DAY. Never have I heard the ridiculous excuse about why the part "matured in price" by over $200. My assumption is they probably never bought the part at the time of quote and deposit and when it was time to get it fixed, they had to rush order the part. Not sure why I would have to pay for that expense.....I expect someone to call me back and refund the balance to make this right. I doubt they will though and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone after the experience I had from start to finish. REDICULOUS.

IF YOU CAN, FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE.I had my car towed here by my insurance after a deer ricocheted off a car in the opposite lane and into/under my bumper. Unfortunately, they were one of the only ones with some availability (now I know why).Communication is not something this team excels at. My rental car period was almost cancelled more than once because insurance couldn't get in touch with this team for an update on my repair.Every single time I called, the operator routed me to the person that was handling my repair. They never answered and never once called back the entire time my car was there (about 2.5 months)After this happened several times, the operator began to immediately route me to that number, not even taking my call. I was also hung up on by this same operator when I attempted to call back repeatedly in an effort to try and get her back on the line to talk to someone else.My car was eventually deemed too expensive to repair and was totalled.I called this team several more times in an effort to make sure I had no belongings in the car and to coordinate getting my license plate back before the recycle company picked up the totalled car....They never called back....I will never know if there were still any belongings in my car....I never got my license plate back.

They have done body repairs on two of my cars after other people hit me. They work with you, the insurance company, and are very friendly. They do good work and both cars came back looking great.

My repairs were completed in a timely fashion, but, the communication throughout the process was VERY poor.There is a minor correction that needs to be repaired, but I'm hesitant to take it back because the communication was so difficult.Service: Body & Trim

A couple reasons why I will never use this shop again. 1) non existent customer service- they don’t answer the phone or emails. 2) They only fixed 1/3 items I requested.Service: General repairs & maintenance
