Dishonest, salesmen Alan Richardson told us we could order a camry custom from toyota he told us exactly how we could build one, after picking up the car doesn't match the "order sheet" we filled out, it looks like they just received one that was similar to what we ordered. It was even more expensive than what the quoted us for (nearly $10k more) because it had optional extras we had not selected. Hearing from multiple other dealerships toyota stopped doing custom builds several years ago.

They will try to take you for every penny at the service department. My son took his truck in for regular service maintenance and they up sold him on "$300" of work. When he arrived to pick it up the invoice was over $1,000. The service rep Roger was sneaky and lied to my son. The $300 was only for parts and no mention of the labor cost was given to my boy. My son learned a hard lesson. Will not be taking our vehicles in for service here anymore.

This dealership is inherently dishonest. Took vehicle in for routine oil change. Car was returned damaged. Dealership took zero responsibility and completely lied about how the damage occurred. The dishonesty is not at the service worker level, who promised me that management would make it right. It is within management. I have never had a worse experience with any dealership. The person I hired to do the repair after the fact told me that this dealership is known for its dishonesty. I will never go back to this dealership for any reason. I hope this review helps someone to choose to go elsewhere.

I had to post a review on Toyota of Cool Springs and thank them big time for the help a couple weeks ago with my 2023 Toyota GR86 that I purchased in Clarksville at Wyatt Johnson. I wish I had purchased at this dealership because when Wyatt Johnson did the pre delivery inspection on my new car they failed to put a quart of oil and washer fluid in my car. I was really bothered by this and when I found out I pulled into the amazing service dept at Cool Springs. I was quickly taken care of by a greeter then the service director and service manager. I told them the situation and offered to pay for the quart of oil and a pdi inspection. They both refused to take any kind of payment and just wanted to make sure things we're right. I had my car back out of service in 30 min or less and they noted in the system the situation in case of any issues down the road. This type of service is something you rarely see, I wasn't asking for anything free but wanted to make sure it was inspected. Thank you Toyota of Cool Springs Service Dept for going above and beyond what was expected!! You gents have earned my business and I will make sure to come out for service when needed!!

I work part time in the Franklin area. My new (7 500 miles roughly) 2023 Toyota Sequoia showed a hybrid code, see dealership message.I called Toyota of Cool Springs and spoke to Jessica. She quickly arranged for a morning appointment.I arrived early and was still immediately checked in by Aaron Trim. He was friendly and concise. He also quickly showed me a dash feature I did not know I had. After an hour and a half the Sequoia was returned to me washed and thoroughly checked out. Very pleased with my experience.

most of the process was a good experience. However when it came to the additional insurance to cover maintenance, windshield, etc. However as I went in for my first oil change and tire rotation I found out the insurance I purchased is not what I was sold. I am now stuck paying for insurance AND maintenance. Shady salesman tactics so please do your own research and if you are not comfortable or understand what the salesman is saying phone a friend so what happen to me doesn't happen to you! Other than that, the overall experience was good until we got to finance.

I had an engine maintenance light turn on and scheduled an appointment for service. Dupane Phavongsay was excellent and responsive and provided great service. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

During the paperwork phase of buying a new Toyota, I fell for what I now feel is a scratch and dent coverage scam... I paid $899 for what the salesperson said would cover small scratches and dents among other items. I said I would not be interested if it was not a Toyota product. The sales pitch was "with this product, If I get any minor scratches or dents, all I would have to do is bring it in and they would take care of it." I noticed a small dent in the hood so I called the dealership to make an appointment to bring it in and have it fixed. The service department referred me to the collision department who referred me to an outside warranty company...(Not a Toyota Product). They denied the claim because the dent was on a crease (Not Covered). They do not cover any dent or scratch that requires any paint work, or that is not on metal, or is larger than a credit card. It is certainly a far cry from the "just bring it in and we'll take care of it" sales pitch.I talked to a sales manager and asked for either a refund of the purchase price of the insurance product or for them to repair the dent. I was refused and got a pleasant explanation of the rules of the program that I should have received at time of purchase. I wish I could go back in time and politely refuse this non coverage coverage...

Nice facilities while you wait. Very polite and efficient staff. Far better than Roberts Toyota in Columbia for service. We have found this service department far more polite, professional and competent when compared to Robert's.

I had a squirrel chew through the main wiring harness on my truck and it fell under my comprehensive Insurance. I sent it here of course; I want only Toyota Mechanics working on my Toyota. My service Rep. was C.J. Allen. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with a rep who continued to help me because my insurance was not. What impressed me the most was this man came in, on his day off with his kids mind you, to help my get my truck back for my job. He is the type of dude that keeps me coming back to a business. He deserves a raise and because of him I will always come back to here for my Toyota work.Service: Electrical repair

Paid close to $500 to have the engine coolant and inverter coolant changed on my hybrid vehicle. The following day I turned on the heater and heard some unusual sounds so I pulled over and checked my engine to see that the engine coolant reservoir was completely empty. I went back to them the next day, the same technician who had done the initial work inspected it and said there are no issues with my car and it's normal for the reservoir to be empty... how is it normal when there's literally a fill line on the reservoir tank showing what level the coolant should be filled to? I then asked to speak with a service manager who proceeded to tell me that the reservoir tank doesn't necessarily need to be filled and that it's safe to drive the car as it is. Not sure if she's also clueless or just trying to downplay the situation because she knows the technician messed up. I would NOT recommend taking your car for service here, you're better off finding a locally owned mechanic, you'll save a lot of money as well.
