Thursday (1/25) I came in late ish to look at a car I was in love with. The team was very attentive to listening to our exact wants when it came to financing. Friday (1/26) we returned to finalize financing and the team was amazing with meeting us on the down payment and getting us approved with a lower amount down. They made sure to get us in my dream car and I couldn’t have left happier. If y’all weren’t 10 hours away from me, I would definitely be back for another vehicle down the road. So from Wisconsin, the WRX drove BEAUTIFULLY the entire way home. We made it safe just after midnight, picked my 6 year old up this morning and she approves her mom’s new race car. Thank you so much for being an amazing team and making the process smooth.

Honestly, I had the best experience buying a vehicle here; found it a stranger and left feeling like they were family. The salesman that helped me was named Will; and one thing that really stuck out to me about him was that he really cared about me as person even over selling a vehicle; there was no pressure on anything and when i asked for guidance or direction he gave it. I appreciate you all!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience and continued interactions with this dealership and its people. We had been Nissan owners for over 15 years and changing brands did not come easy. But we needed to upgrade to a bigger SUV and we decided on a Sequoia. We talked with Denis who answered all our questions. He informed us there was one in the build phase that had exactly what we needed with nothing we didn’t. He kept in constant contact during the process. When the Sequoia came in he went over the new vehicle with us explaining and showing us why Toyota build quality is so high. He handed us over to Daniel in finance who walked us thru that. We brought the Sequoia back a few days later where we had our first experience with the Service Department and again another helpful wonderful experience. Ashely from finance called a few days later to see how we were enjoying the new Sequoia. She was so pleasant and sweet. It’s difficult and hard to switch auto makers after such a long time but Toyota of Cool Springs from beginning to end made it so seamless.

We absolutely LOVE Toyota of Cool Springs! They always give us the best price and keep our Highlaner running in top condition! The staff is the best part of it. They are always friendly and helpful. We feel like family every time we visit. And our old service advisor Isiah, always stops to say hello and answers any question we need. Thank you!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Toyota of Cool Springs! We chose to purchase our new 4Runner from them over another local dealership just based on the customer service we received. Carlos Griffin was amazing, answered all the questions we had and was great to work with. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

Carlos Griffin was great in helping us acquire our Grand Highlander Hybrid. He kept me informed as Toyota's allocations came and if there was one that matched what we wanted. When our car arrived and was ready to pickup, we were in and out a little under 2 hours. No car buying process is ever super speedy, but this was much faster than other experiences I had elsewhere. I would definitely keep Carlos in mind for our next vehicle purchase.

Dishonest, salesmen Alan Richardson told us we could order a camry custom from toyota he told us exactly how we could build one, after picking up the car doesn't match the "order sheet" we filled out, it looks like they just received one that was similar to what we ordered. It was even more expensive than what the quoted us for (nearly $10k more) because it had optional extras we had not selected. Hearing from multiple other dealerships toyota stopped doing custom builds several years ago.

My wife and I bought a vehicle a few months ago, we have just under 6500 miles on her Toyota Highlander. The battery has become defective where it has a bad cell. We were told it was under warranty so we scheduled an appointment to bring it in. However, since the Internet is down (seriously a battery being checked can be checked from a multimeter without internet), nobody can check our battery so we were sent home with a defective battery in our brand new car. Sorry we can’t help, but we’ll give you 10% off your next visit.Come to find out, hours after sitting and told that it was warranted so we schedule an appointment that the battery is not warranted, it is a wearable item and up to us to replace. For the love of God, why couldn’t this been discussed originally. This should be something that all service departments are aware of that if batteries are not warranted to let people know that ahead of time. That being said even coming in and talking to the service rep , the morning of our appointment, they should be able to tell us that as well. We will definitely be looking for another dealership to service our vehicle at moving forward. Unbelievable!This is a public view, so to Toyota, you see my last name on here, feel free to give me a call if you would like to try to rectify anything.In the meantime, I’m going to the local parts store to change out a battery in our brand new car so my wife and newborn child won’t be without a vehicle.Also, the rating system sucks because it won’t allow me to give zero stars.

I will never in my lifetime recommend my friends, family, and co-workers to buy a vehicle from here. We purchased a used vehicle here and few weeks later got Toyota of Cool Springs to do a coolant flush. Every since then it’s shifted horribly and finally got towed for an overheating transmission. Still have drive-out tags on it. The salesman’s response was “Sorry that happened to you.”They should just take this vehicle back and send it to wholesale at this point.I’d understand if it was 10,000 miles later and this happening. But we still have drive-out tags on it and haven’t made the first payment.I buy and sell small things as a side hustle and anytime I every sell something to someone and it doesn’t function properly I will take it back and give their money back. I’ve taken losses on items before, the dealership could do the “right” thing, but they don’t want to offer that kind of help.Buying from Toyota of Cool Springs has been the worst thing I have ever done at this time.I’m sure other dealerships would be the same way, but this is my experience here.

I purchased a 2022 used vehicle from this dealer. Price was good and process was straightforward. The low rating is unrelated to the cost. When I test drove the vehicle it pulled significantly to the left and was clearly out of alignment. I asked them to please check this and make sure there were no issues. They did so and told me it was fixed and there was no problem. I got home from the dealer at night and the next morning went out to look closer at the vehicle and found that the back left tire was a completely different brand and tread than the other three tires. That is 100% why there was an alignment issue. Shame on me for not checking all four tires to match when I bought a used car, but shame on the dealer for not discussing this with me when I asked them to check the problem. They took my calls afterward and told me today they cannot assist with the issue at this time. I know I bought it as-is and have no recourse, but that’s dishonest business where I come from and not how a business should operate. Very disappointing. They contacted me a few days later and offered my a set of two new tires at “cost” for 255.00. I could buy the same tires new that day at Firestone for 197.00. How is 255.00 cost? Really disappointing.

This is a shout out for the great service I received from Matt at Toyota of Cool Springs. Matt was very detailed and eased my mind about a concern I had. The service guys gave my Grand Highlander a full service in an hour. Matt was right on when he quoted me an hour to complete the service. Love efficiency and friendliness. Came in to Toyota of Cool Springs to look at a used 2017 GMC and had met Ari. Ari did not hesitate to retrieve the keys so we could look at the truck and test drive. While test driving, I had only two minor concerns. Once back to the dealership and I decided I was interested, Ari took the truck back to the techs and had them address the concerns. I ended up buying the GMC and Ari made the interaction friendly and STRESS FREE. Ari's professionalism is top notch. Thank you Toyota of Cool Springs.

Matthew my sales rep was extremely good at keeping me up to date on the process of my ordered vehicle. Jim took over once Matthew went out due to an injury and he was great with keeping me informed as well. Don, the guy who delivered my car was extremely polite and professional and timely. I really appreciate how seamless the entire process has been. I have purchased a lot of new cars in my life and not one prior to this one has been so easy and pleasant! Thanks to the entire Toyota staff!

I went to Toyota of Cool Springs to buy a car for my wife, and my sales person was Jason Han. Jason was polite, profession, and very knowledgeable of the product. The entire process was very simple and straightforward. I was treated with respect and courtesy. My trade in was fair market value and the sale price of my vehicle was also a fair price. From the moment I walked into the Dealership everyone was friendly and polite. The closing was very pleasant and quick. but not rushed, just smooth and efficient.
