The nicest and most helpful men work there. I was stranded with a dead battery on the second hottest day of the year and they all were out in the heat trying to fix my car for me.
It’s so nice to see there are really good hearted people in this world!!

Came to this store looking for hardware for a project. While trying to compare products I got shoved aside by two terribly rude employees, a young woman and a older man with a handlebar mustache, who insisted I stand aside and wait as they casually discussed the difference between “J Hooks” and other hangers- nothing of actual consequence, no actual important store business or even so much as asking to help. Then after they were done with their pointless conversation, CAME BACK about 30 seconds to a minute later to shove me aside again to continue this ridiculous conversation. What store runs like this with this level of rudeness and complete disregard for their customers.

Ya’ll realize gay veterans exist right?? Weirdest decision this company made to say they’ll no longer report diversity data because their demographic cares about veterans….veterans one of the most DIVERSE demographics in America. ?

Good store for a smaller/big box outlet. Was looking for a specific brand of dog food and the Sheblyville store held it for me. What I observed was a complete selection of paints, hardware, pet foods and much more. Good website to select for a specific item or brand.

Very different shopping experience from the bigger store chains someone greeted me at the door asked if he could help me find what I was shopping for and accompanied me to the proper department carried the product to the counter for me. The cashier was very friendly and offered to have my purchase walked out to my vehicle. Was very impressed with this shopping experience

The cashier was absolutely wonderful, helping me find the merchandise after a long drive. I wish I had her name to mention but don't. If everyone else in this store cares like she does, this is a fantastic store team.
