Triangle Academy of Jiu-Jitsu is a professional training center located in the heart of downtown Franklin, Tennessee. It is an amazing gym with a wonderful, welcoming environment and friendly people. The academy provides world-class martial arts training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, and Muay Thai Kickboxing for kids and adults. It offers a great experience with a highly-trained coaching staff. The instructors are great and really take their time to make sure you are where you need to be, giving attention to beginners and competitors alike. The atmosphere is extremely competitive and tough, full of good people giving 100%. The facility has a good-sized mat space, clean bathrooms, locker rooms with storage, and showers. They push kids to be the best they can while still making it a fun experience. The academy lives by its motto of "Hard Training, Good Culture, No Drama." It is a great place to learn and train, highly recommended for anyone in the Franklin area. They usually offer a trial month before committing.
When I say Triangle Academy is the best place to train Jujitsu, I mean it top-tier athletes, top-tier coaches awesome facility. You can’t find another place to call home. Perfect place for all ages and experience.

Have been a member at 3-4 different schools across my BJJ career and can say the folks over at Triangle are top shelf. Great instruction, combined with a competitive and fun culture. Hard to beat.

Im from NC and i fight with Pedigo Submission Fighting, me and my coach stopped in for a training session and we both felt very welcome !! Great environment for beginners and everyone in between!! Awesome awesome awesome gym!!
