These guys decided that it w as a good idea to Steal my daughter’s money, as she bought a gift card and they charge her twice, when she realized this, she ask them to refund her, and she has the refund receipt, but they still charged her card twice and her gift card only has the original balance, employees and management kept bouncing the ball and not willing to even research the issue…. May be they thighs since she’s young we can just do as we please. I see new management hast taken over based on the past reviews and service is going down, owner may need to to evaluate the situation better and may be do a little internal audit !!

So there is one up the street that is actually closer to my house. However, the service here makes me come back often. Always kind and willing to make you a hot sandwich in the morning. I love their dark roast coffee.

The Twice Daily convenience store at Berry Farm is attractive and convenient. The interior is clean and the restrooms are bright and clean. They have a really large selection of all of the usual snacks and beverages and I found the clerks to be friendly and helpful.

Stopped by this morning for my cup of coffee during the 7:30 rush. There was only one person behind the counter and she was running two registers. Not only was she jamming back there she was in the zone! I believe her name is Kelle and she even made small talk making me feel like I was the only one in the store. I give a hat tip to this young lady and when it’s time for employee evaluations, she deserves a raise! Also, this is by far the cleanest, well stocked and most friendly Twice Daily I’ve ever been to.
