My review is for the Salon experience, and your hair stylist Michael. I came in for a touch-up balayage, he was very knowledgeable and (he cuts men’s hair too), The whole treatment process was blissful, nice conversation made the process faster somehow, or at least that’s how it felt. I really like how my hair looked and he was very attentive offering water or coffee. For his experience I believe he can run his own salon, ulta just try to keep him because he’s making the Salon look good! See before and after in pictures.

I never write reviews but I absolutely dread coming into this Ulta Beauty. The customer service is extremely standoff and there is always an extra step for them to make a purchase or pickup extremely difficult, which I have never had until this location. They make you feel completely unseen/unwelcome, I truly do not know how management is not overturned there already. Additionally, with all of the employees standing around for not one to be of assistance to customers who walk in is beyond me. They have lost my business and many others.

There was about 7-8 people standing at the door and the only one to greet me was the lead cashier (1 of 2 cashiers) with a line of 10 people.

Drove 45 minutes just for them to tell me they were closed. The hours on the door say 9pm. I arrived at 8. Very disappointed

I had an upcoming important photo session and made sure to book my makeup session with the salon days in advance. The day of the appointment, I received a voicemail about two hours before my appointment that they had to cancel my makeup session. I immediately called back and was told I could reschedule or go to the Chanel counter ((located within the mall)) and have them do my makeup for around the same price. I go to the Chanel counter, the woman working there had no idea I was stopping by and gave me a different price than what the ulta employees told me. At this point, I had about an hour left before my event..I called this ulta back and was told basically, “sorry we can’t help you”, but you can go to a different ulta for help. Unacceptable. I will never use ulta again for any of my future beauty services or treatments. I should’ve stuck with Sephora instead.

I came here today to get color matched for a tinted moisturizer. I was here for about 90 minutes and it was near impossible to find any employees - not to mention get help. I wasn’t even greeted at any point of being in the store. Needless to say I was not color matched nor did they have the products in stock I found myself and wanted to purchase. I tried politely letting the cashier know and she just talked over me and clearly did not hear a word I said. Worst ulta I have ever been to.

On the website and the phone lines say the store is open Monday- Friday until 9 PM. The workers in the store closed at 8 pm on 04/01/2025 and told us they are no longer working. If there is a new schedule it should be updated on the site and phone like as well.

This store was out of the color powder press I use. One of the staff at the front counter was kind enough to take my name and number. She informed me that she would call me when the order came in. I was pleased to know someone showed an interest in my need to get a new power press.

The nice young lady and the gentleman who helped me when I clearly messed up and ordered at the wrong store was a big help. They could see my day was already stressful and got me what I needed.
