This is my favorite UPS location in the Nashville area. They are always well staffed, kind, and speedy fast. I drive out my way to go to this location. Kudos to the manager!

UPS customer service used at the UPS station for some Amazon returns. Friendly man, manning the desk and was happy and friendly conversation while I returned two things to Amazon. Literally right across the street from my favorite chiropractor, Exodus Chiropractic. So I will probably use this place again for returns, as there was no line.

My package from NZ was somewhere I never would have tracked down on my own. The 2 Gentlemen who were very helpful in my endless quest to receive my package were very quick and efficient on their computers to send me to the right place.Thanks Guys!.I know where to go next time!.

Great place to drop off large packages for shipping as well as those packages you want delivered faster. I dropped my rating due to the fact that they don't update their hours for holidays or when they decides to close early or not open the location. They could do a better job with general notification.

This team goes above & beyond! Someone had sent me a couple of packages and had put the wrong address. Mark at UPS tracked me down on the internet. He sent me a message to call him. I called him, and he let me know what had happened. They held my packages for me at their hub until I was able to pick them up. They could have just returned to sender or leave at the wrong address, but they didn't. Amazing customer service! Exactly what a parcel delivery company should be about: making sure the package is delivered to the right person and with care!

I was starting a work from home job soon while finishing off my last week at my old job. Little did I know, it would have delayed my shipping if we needed to hold the package at the distribution center. The delay wasn't their fault and I stopped by during my lunch break to speak with their team about needing to hold my package. I really couldn't sign for it if it was at my home. I picked up my package to start my new job and I truly do appreciate how kind the staff was. Can't remember all their names but they were all pretty helpful. Will be using again with how easy the shipping was. Thanks!

EDIT: Changing my 1 star to 5. I was graciously helped by an employee here who was actually able to find the correct information and figure out where my package was. I have learned it wasn't this location or employees that caused my headache of a mess, but rather those at UPS's customer service line who provided incorrect information and did not update the tracking. This customer center was not at fault and truly helped fix all the errors and issues I dealt with. Thank you!

02/18...No UPS deliveries due to weather for almost a week. Trying to help UPS out..."Please hold packages at the Seaboard Lane depot and I will come pick them up". Drive next morning to the UPS Seaboard Lane depot location no problem....sign on door 'Closed due to weather'.
