The Five Points Post Office is a beloved community treasure and what the Brown family has done to restore it is truly incredible! The staff are always pleasant and always immensely helpful – 28 years and I finally mailed my first package which I couldn’t have done without Ms. Julie’s patient guidance! If you don’t already, get down there and support this local, family-owned business! It’s the only uniquely Franklin post office we’ve got so let’s keep it!

I was so happy this office reopened! I love the convenience and homey feel! However, today I encountered an employee who seriously needs to brush up on her customer service skills. Middle aged woman with glasses was very terse, abrupt, and generally unpleasant. When she could tell I was not happy, she became very fake nice. The lady working with her is usually who waits on me, and is extremely nice and pleasant. I'll make sure I get her if I go back.

Best Post Office in the state! Seriously, no joke. Very glad they reopened and it is an absolute pleasure going here (especially compared with going to the other one… if you know you know). Awesome staff and very quick service.

Julie & the Post office staff are so warm, kind, Informative, and helpful.I’m aware the whole USPS system is slow, inefficient, and poorly organized, but Julie and her staff make it the best experience possible.I also appreciate the art from community artists, the convenient items for purchase, and featuring our young entrepreneurs from the EIC.Thanks 5 points team!

Back open again I was in there this afternoon. The women power very rude. She didn't want me to use the tape she gave a just empty roll. The young lady working next we some extra before rude didn't want me use but she did say she could sell me some. I sent my package priority mail and the still didn't want me have priority tape on my package. Wasn't nice at all lI didn't even want her to wait on me. Very poor service I hope it wasn't because of my skin color because she was very polite to everyone else.

2 stars instead of 1 because1. It’s really cute2. The guy who actually helped me was greatThe line was super long and they had 3 people doing other things. At first I was like okay maybe they just can’t open and help customers, but then a lady with short blonde hair who was apparently the manager looked at the line and then asked the guy if he was doing okay. He said yes. Unbelievable. You always take care of your customers first.
