Julie & the Post office staff are so warm, kind, Informative, and helpful.I’m aware the whole USPS system is slow, inefficient, and poorly organized, but Julie and her staff make it the best experience possible.I also appreciate the art from community artists, the convenient items for purchase, and featuring our young entrepreneurs from the EIC.Thanks 5 points team!

Back open again I was in there this afternoon. The women power very rude. She didn't want me to use the tape she gave a just empty roll. The young lady working next we some extra before rude didn't want me use but she did say she could sell me some. I sent my package priority mail and the still didn't want me have priority tape on my package. Wasn't nice at all lI didn't even want her to wait on me. Very poor service I hope it wasn't because of my skin color because she was very polite to everyone else.

2 stars instead of 1 because1. It’s really cute2. The guy who actually helped me was greatThe line was super long and they had 3 people doing other things. At first I was like okay maybe they just can’t open and help customers, but then a lady with short blonde hair who was apparently the manager looked at the line and then asked the guy if he was doing okay. He said yes. Unbelievable. You always take care of your customers first.

A very special little post-office in the center of town! The customer service staff are always so helpful and kind. They offer lots of wonderful services. This is the go-to place for all things mail and shipping related.Thank you to the new owners for saving this little treasure in our community.

This is not an official USPS office. It is a 3rd party shipper. I commend the couple who opened this business. However, today my mother-in-law went there to mail a package to Prague in the Czech Republic and was told that no packages are getting into the Czech Republic right now, giving Russia as an example of a place where packages are not getting in. They said, "It doesn't even come up on our computer."This is patently false (about the Czech Republic, which is not in Russia nor occupied by Russia). I have redirected my family member to a real USPS post office off of Royal Oaks. They will be more equipped to make sure the package gets to its destination.

How can you be a post office in such a busy area and not accept QR codes? This is not the 90s lol nobody cares that it's a "privately owned" post office get with the times you dinosaurs
