I'm sure it was an oversight but I'm reporting anyway in case anyone who manages the place cares. My dr sent me there for an ultrasound to see if I have a blood clot after knee surgery. I checked in and sat down. The girl who checked me in leaves for lunch 10 minutes later. I sit and sit and notice other people who were walking ins after me were taken back. I thought maybe they were getting other imaging, no big deal. 40 minutes later, I go up to make sure I was registered. Not mad, not rude, I said it's fine if ultrasound is just backed up and I need to wait but I want to check to make sure I'm registered. I was not registered. Zero urgency to correct or empathy or apology for the oversight or assurance they're going to work to correct it whatsoever. They said they didn't have an order from my dr and nobody can figure out how to get the order from my email, which I sent several times. I handed my phone to them so they could put in their email and still nothing. I sit down to wait again and they keep taking people who came in after me and don't say another word to me. I finally just left. They have all my info, my phone number, everything. No call, no text, no nothing. Nobody cares. I guess they're just happy to not have to deal with their mistake. Could've just called my dr to get the order, could've just printed it from my phone, there were solutions. I hope she enjoyed her lunch. Health"care" is awful.

I had an excellent experience today for CT and in the past for an ultrasound. Nurses/ technicians were quite kind and offered explanations every step of the way! I think I sat in the waiting area a total of 10 minutes. The lobby was clean, up to date, comfortable with my fav HG-tv on the television. All in all, a very pleasant visit

I've been here for 6 scans over the last year. Staff are professional,kind and considerate. Always in on time. When your very ill with limited mobility these things are important. Hank you to all the staff here.

Zero stars. STAY AWAY.There is signage and a guard stationed at the door before you enter their office to enforce masking. It's 2022. Masks are now voluntary & proven to have no effect. (see google New York Times). I recently accompanied someone to Vanderbilt Hospital for outpatient surgery and was not required to wear a mask there the entire time I waited.I have been to this office 3 times and every time it’s the same. The first words spoken to each client is a rude “Do you have a mask?” Then the wearing of that mask is micromanaged with ongoing rudeness.Then comments about the mask use while you are trying to check in. The desk attendant was extremely snarky and could not answer my questions. Also, I simply cannot hear what she is saying with her mask on. When are your managers going to let this go? Covid is over. Can we please move on?Having imaging performed is stressful enough without struggling to breathe through a mask.They are mostly concerned with masking and then billing. I was asked to pay BEFORE the appointment. I have NEVER experienced that in a doctor’s office of any kind. They do not accept my insurance.The amount I paid was twice what was quoted to me over the phone by the billing department for self-pay.I asked for a copy of my procedure results but I was told I had to request that separately elsewhere. They will not just send it to you but require another trip to their office to pick it up. I will never use this office again for any reason.

This place has always been pleasant and professional. Like most places it appears that they are experiencing a shortage of staff. And I understood that, but an older gentleman made the comment that he had been waiting for an hour. I felt so bad for him. I felt worse when the tech said, Yes sir. We do have other patients.I know they were busy and tired and wanted to go home. I just hope that in the future this tech can understand that she isn’t the only one that’s tired and wanting to go home.Otherwise she was nice to me. I just felt bad for him.

Worst of the worst. Although my husband was a walk-in, so far it's been about an hour and a half and you would think that they could somehow work him in during that time. This has been a terrible experience. We have sat here and watched at least 20 other people go through and we know that some of the technicians are free back there. This is ridiculous!

I’m not sure this is a radiology office. It’s a Time Machine back to mid 2020. A mask guard at the door? Wiping down the door handle after every person? Mask police inside? Signs about how to wear a mask and not to be abusive to the staff? It was the most surreal experience I’ve had in 2023. When will they let it go?Thankfully I was picking up images to go somewhere else. If I’d have been told they were still treating Rona like this, I’d have had them mail them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews, but does anyone work in the pre-authorization depart?!?! Ever?! EVERY SINGLE TIME I need a CT scan (every 9 wks), they never submit my claim to insurance in time and we have to reschedule last minute. They have PLENTY of time (over 2 weeks) but wait until the last minute and only give about 3 days for the insurance company to approve. You can't submit on a Friday and expect them to sign off on it for an appointment on Tuesday. I'm so frustrated with the people. No one answers the phone in that department or calls you back. If you're miserable, find another job! Patients have enough on their plate.

I was able to walk in for a chest xray my doctor had on order. Was called back within a few minutes of checking in and out in 15 minutes. The report was on my patient portal that evening. You can't beat that!

Thankfully I didn't need a cat scan my poor mom did she had said that the needle hurt as they placed the IV in.
